1-800-GOT-JUNK? Kitchener

I never even ordered 1800 got junk my nehibours did and they stole our garbage can out front of our unit , they literally walked across my nehibours lawn and stole our garbage can and never returned it . I've tried to contact them about it being returned countless times and I either get hung up on or promised someone will call back and I have not once seen that happenCompletely disgusted that a business with this much value would act in such a way and not do anything to resolve this suitationIt was a 80 dollar garage can that hasnot been returned yet .I refuse to ever give this company business and I would hope anyone reading this review would do the same.

I used the junk removal service for the first time today and I'm totally satisfied. The removal technicians were on time, courteous, and professional. They worked faster than I was expecting, and the price was worth it.

Great service. Super friendly and efficient. the total was less than they quoted which was awesome! Price was reasonable. Definitely would call again!

This company cannot be trusted. They took advantage of someone who is unaware and charged 395.50 plus tax to remove 8 bags of garbage. The same service with other companies is $159 plus tax. Completely unreasonable, stay away

Drew, Scott and Nick in the company helped me when I felt hopeless in life. They didn't take any money from me for junk removal seeing my situation. Thank you so much for showing such a good gesture. This is ONE OF THE BEST PEOPLE AND COMPANY I EVER CAME ACROSS. Thank you for the gesture, I really appreciate. Though you offered to not take any money from me despite of working on a sunday, it proves your company and your staff are good humans, Thank you. I'd like to recommend this company to others who are looking for junk removal, super nice people and good company policies

Had a couch and 2 chair to be removed was quoted on the phone 2 guys came in and one guy was so rude look at buddy said I'm not doing it got off the phone left my apt to talk to the guy who quoted me because they wanted to charge me more for the removal . He came in with such an Attitude saying that they have to Do the job anyways For the price Over the phone .. took my stuff his Partner apologized for his behavior you can tell that he is dealt with it quite often and felt bad for the guy I actually tipped him and not the one guy because of how rude he was some people shouldn't be working At that type of job they don't want to do the work

I called to get a quote for removal of a mattress & Box spring, they wanted $125 each!!!!!!!!!!!! You read that right… $125 for the box spring and $125 for the mattress!!!!!!!!

Service was okay, price was expensive and was quoted less on the phone and charged more at time of removal, even though we moved everything to the driveway to make it easier for them. Asked if we could include small extra item, but was quoted another ridiculous amount. Won’t use this company ever again.

The price was a little steep considering they were only here for maybe 15 minutes, but they were upfront about the pricing and courteous enough. They said I was *slightly* above the lowest price bracket, so I added some more items since I was already being charged for the second sized haul.After they left I realised they didn't actually sweep up like the site said they would, or they did a poor job: I still had little pieces of the items they took away on the floor. So that was a bummer, especially since I tipped them well. I probably wont be using the service again.
