These guys are absolute rock stars!!I had a difficult delivery as it involved getting perishables out of customs and delivering to a customer. Despite several customs hurdles these guys kept at it and got it done. Even though it took several times returning to pick it up as a result of customs problems they kept going and made the delivery.I'm a very happy and appreciative customer.

Options at various price points for rush (same day) and Economy" (next business day) service available. They are not open weekends or stat holidays."

amazing service! So happy I chose to go with this courier. I called one of the larger couriers first and their price was ridiculous. Phantom did the same delivery for so much less and the service was top notch and friendly. I will definitely use them again and I will recommend them every chance I get.

We had some of our luggage stored here so we could explore Vancouver for a few hours. They were VERY helpful and gave great suggestions on places to see and places to eat. All the employees we interacted with were great and drop off and pick up were very smooth.

They have been fantastic! I have to get special ordered medication for my son mailed to us up in the Yukon every month and they always have it to us in around 2 days and always respond to me fast! I need to share the amazing experience we had dealing with Phantom Couriers! We had to get some very time sensitive documents signed in Victoria and were panicking about getting it all done in time for our trip. When I was contacting couriers, right from the start, Phantom Courier was amazing to deal with. The communication was excellent, service was top notch, and most importantly, they delivered the documents when they said they would!
