Great experience with John Austin’s team. Had a student housing to be cleaned. The challenge was high but they delivered. They offered a fixed price and they came in a team of 5 and stayed most of the day. Result is great. Thanks again

I booked an appointment after the Owner coming to my Apt and providing me with a written estimate - The Team can on time and Washed all my walls and ceilings, and washed all my windows in & out including my bottom tracks, wow what a super difference and improvement!They detailed my Kitchen and moved out my fridge and stove and cleaned all the sides, behind and underneath, and washed every square inch of my washroom, just a fantastic job and I'm so very happy with the results and feel good inside now I'm all cleaned up!I highly recommend Mr, Austin and his Company outstanding..Thanks so much I will Fall Cleaning every Autumn and call them back soon to clean my Sofas, chairs and carpets.

John and his crew helped us clean our white couch/sectional which was discoloured and water stained in certain areas.I had two other cleaning companies refuse the job beforehand (because the couch's fabric was primarily viscose) saying they were not confident enough that they would succeed. John responded to my call right away, reviewed my pictures, and offered to come the very next morning!The couch did take longer to dry than expected, but the results were as promised (which is what counts!). The water stains are gone and the couch looks basically brand new!Kudos to John and his crew as well for their jovial attitude and service! Would definitely use their service again :)

I’ve been using the services of Austin Cleaning services, and daily with John personally for over 37 years consecutively each year sometimes several visits per year to wash my wall-to-wall broadloom carpeting fell on my Persian area, rugs, the stairs, and my sofa, which is a sectional once every year or so, and then they come to do an interior cleaning of my brick surrounding my fireplace the mantle, hi lighting, the ceiling fans, the interior glass, partitions, various other areas that need clean, including the garage and utility room, also, without Phil they come and clean my windows, interior and exterior each year, I’m very pleased with the services of Austin Cleaning, and the camaraderie in personal attention. Not too long ago, we decided we wanted to move and bought a new house elsewhere. Knowing very well that there will be potential buyers visiting our home when our house will be going on the market, We decided to hire a cleaning company to do our whole house and basement because of this. I knew too well that deep cleaning the whole house by myself would be a mountain that I can’t climb. We stumbled upon John Austin’s cleaning company by chance. After reading the reviews, seeing his years of experience and taking a good look at his website and services; we decided to give him a call and hire him. Thank God we did! John came with his team (Richard and a new guy (it was his first day on the job) on time; and started cleaning and washing and vacuuming every single room in detail. They were here for approximately 5 hours and did an exceptional and amazing job. Richard did a detailed and deep cleaning of both our bathrooms, bath showers, sinks, toilets and They are spotless! John and Richard and their new employee (Maroud) all vacuumed our floors, baseboards, rugs, stairs and then proceeded with washing and cleaning all of our windows, baseboard heaters, baseboards, mouldings, floors, furniture, they even moved furniture to vacuum and clean behind and underneath them, (we didn’t need our walls and ceilings washed and so we didn’t ask for those to be cleaned). They literally went above and beyond what I had asked them to help me out with originally. They came with all of their belongings, gear and necessities to vacuum and clean my house. I didn’t have to give any cleaning products or lend my cleaning gear. They have everything they need to do a full clean up in their truck. They are very professional and on that same note, they are very friendly. We had a few conversations with John and Richard. Very kind and friendly guys. It made the whole cleaning experience more enjoyable for everyone I think. They took the time to go over the whole house with me once everything was completed and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. They are very productive, efficient, they work well as a team and I was able to witness the communication amongst themselves and it’s amazing how they all work well together. I also saw some great leadership skills from John and Richard; showing the ropes to the new guy. Over all, we are 110% satisfied and we will definitely be calling them again whenever we need a good house cleaning job done.Thank you John Austin cleaning services !!

We had two very large stains on our living room couch caused by food spillage then made worse by a previous poor cleaning job. 2 other places we contacted said they would not be able to do the job but Austin Cleaning did! They came on time, were courteous and professional and did a fantastic job. They even gave us a deal to clean a small carpet we had as well. My carpet and couch look brand new. We are very satisfied with the service.
