I contacted thermo-maitre because I had heard great recommendations. I have to say that everything I heard was right. From the moment I called I received excellent service. Installation was done exactly when I was told it would be done and the technicians were amazing. Extremely efficient, clean, polite and answered any question that I had. I couldn’t believe at how fast they worked. Huge upgrade from the system we had before, and it works perfectly!

I found them to be professional and respectful, patient with my questions and concerns. A tricky installation was beautifully handled. Not a speck left behind. Thank you gentlemen.

I contacted Thermo-Maître because our old electric furnace was broken. We decided to get a new electric furnace and a new air conditioning (combo). Daikin is an excellent brand and the guarantee they offer (12 years pieces and main d'oeuvre) if you do the annual maintenance with them is really reassuring. The team that came to install the new AC and furnace was super professional, on time and responded to all our questions. André, the owner, was also very responsive and answered all our questions. We now hope that our new systems will work well for the next decades!!! Thanks Thermo-Maître.

I dealt with Thermo-Maitre a few years ago for a minor furnace issue and they were quick, professional, and affordable. I called them again today with an urgent issue with my furnace. Although they immediately knew they would not able to service it (due to the nature of the issue), the very helpful gentleman on the phone went out of his way to help us understand the issue and confirm that it would still be under warranty and put us in contact with several different companies that would be able to honour the warranty. They very generously went above and beyond even though we weren't even technically a client. Highly recommend.

On June 1 2023, I contacted the company called Thermo-Maitre to ask a question about our air conditioner that we had. The gentlemen name that answered my call was named Carl. I ask Carl why I could not reset my breaker switch and that it kept kicking back off al the time. Immediately he told me compressor had blown.My wife and I discussed the situation and decided to by a new air conditioner.I contact Carl back and told we would go ahead with a new air conditioner and when could it be installed at the earliest. Carl replied 3 weeks but he also told me that they could possibly fit us in if we had people working from home. I also indicated that my wife has a heart condition.June 6th 2023 Thermo-Maitre contacted my wife that they had a cancellation and would be here the next day June 7 2023.Upon there arrival thing got going.I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a new air conditioner installed. Carl, Marc and Danik (installers) where the best I have ever dealt with, polite, courteous, and all around great experience from these guys. The client service from all facets of this was excellent.Have Thermo-Maitre installe your air conditioner you wont be disappointed one bite. Excellent service. Professional and knowledgeable. We were lucky enough to have three techs on the call. Old AC and furnace out. New ones installed. Now that we’ve had them installed for 4 months I can say we haven’t had an issue at all.

The Thermo-Maitre team installed a new furnace at my residence on December 23, 2022. I found the entire team to be extremely professional, competent, courteous and dependable. The team even called to schedule a follow-up visit on December 24th to ensure that the furnace was functioning properly and that I was satisfied with the services rendered. Top notch team of professionals that were focused on providing high quality services right before Xmas when other suppliers were closed. My experience with Thermo-Maitre was nothing short of meeting an excellence standard and for that reason I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Great service, happy and smiling installation team, terrific results! A bit early to comment on the actual product performance, but the research says Daikin is a great product. The Vista ceiling 4 direction fan is exactly what we needed. Thanks André and the whole team for a great experience!

Today, I encountered 3 professionals, Andre, Luc and Denis from ThermoMaitre. They came to install a new gas furnace in an older home, within a very small space. Andre, previously came in an advance visit to the site and establish the most efficient method to install the new furnace. This morning, He came once again and directed 2 excellent technicians, Luc and Denis. They completed the work efficiently, expeditiously. They were polite, friendly, and the site was left clean. I had a great experience with the installation of a a/c heat pump with two units in my older house. When I called to get a quote they sent someone the next day and were available to install within a few weeks. It has been great now that it is getting hot out to keep a nice temperature in the house. Would for sure recommend them.
