I have been a patient of Dr. Lori's for a very long time. They are efficient and accommodating and I wouldn't go anywhere else! All of the staff are professional, personable and helpful.

Nice and clean office, no long waits in the waiting room and very friendly and helpful staff! Last visit they noticed I had an insanely painful canker sore that had been bothering me for weeks and offered the spend a few minutes using their laser to speed up the healing after my teeth cleaning and checkup. A day later the sore was totally gone! I seriously can't thank you guys enough for making every visit easy and stress free. I would recommend them to anyone.

As always , the professionals at Dentistry 390 take care of my dental needs absolutely perfectly. They are always ensuring that I am as comfortable as possible no matter what proceedure I am undergoing. I have been a patient of Dr. Tom's for 22 years which I would say speaks volumes about the care I have received .

Dr. Tom was able to figure out the cause of my tooth pain within minutes when 3 other dentists couldn't. He is extremely through, friendly and explains everything with ease. I was very impressed with his knowledge! All the office staff are also very friendly and accommodating for appointments.

I used to really hate going to the dentist. It was my anxiety’s worst nightmare to be honest. But I haven’t felt that at all here. Everyone is so nice, thorough and everything is explained to me as it’s happening which is so appreciated.

Our family has been going there since day one! The front desk staff are always helpful and cheery. The hygienists are awesome.Dr Tom and Dr Lori and their assistants are the best at what they do. So glad we started going there 30ish years ago!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Everyone ensured that I was comfortable. Doctor Tom was amazing, he just knew what needs to be done and takes time to explain things.They gave me a $5 Tim Horton's card for having to fill the paper form again, as the online form didn't come through. I mean which clinic does that? :)

This is bar none the best dental clinic in London. Professional and kind staff, talented dentistry team and unreal,state of the art technology. I always feel comfortable visiting and would recommend Dentistry 390 to anyone. Have been a patient since 1994!
