Deanna was the best! Super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She had a lot of customers in at the same time but still managed to take time to get me fitted properly. She followed up by email asking how my shoe were and if I had any problems. I highly recommend this location.

Don’t let the hidden location or the fact that you have to climb up a set of stairs to get to the location. Though the size of this location is small compared to other locations the selection is not limited in any way. The service provided by the knowledgeable staff is to be appreciated as well.

The epitome of a wonderful 'mom and pop' shop - you will not find better customer service anywhere else. Please consider Mister Safety for your work PPE needs before spending your hard earned money at the larger corporate stores; support local business as much as you can!Deanna and Steve are incredibly helpful and attentive and always make me feel like family when I shop here. Cannot stress how wonderful my experiences are with them whether over the phone looking for certain items, or in person when I go pick up my purchase. You guys rock :)

Deanna was so helpful and friendly! She helped me get a pair of steel toed boots for work along with comfortable insoles. The store itself has a really good selection of work boots and shoes to try on. Definitely go see Deanna here if you need new work boots!

Deanna the manager was so helpful and nice! She set me up with a perfect pair for my program at George Brown. I told her about some comfort issues I had had with past safety shoes, she made sure I had the right fit before leaving and knew I could bring them back if they didn't work out. Luckily her intuition was spot on, I'm very satisfied with the product and customer service. Would recommend!
