Absolutely junk store. Tried to call to give them a heads up that in the morning I will need a dozen breakfast sandwiches and it was half an hour after they open and they flat out refused to make my sandwiches for me. They said they needed an hour and a half at least. I guess they just don't need my money and so now they won't ever get it again.

Cheap on toppings, very slow, poor understanding of English. Walked out after they put hott sauce on instead of sub sauce. The girl then tried just scraping it off when I told her it was wrong. Not professional. Still better than A&W, who will ALWAYS mess up your order. Fox creek blows.

I had a great employee help me today, he was fantastic and had no problem with accommodating me on my... thorough order hahaha, he was really just a friendly, helpful worker and I can't emphasize enough how big of a deal that was for me. Lately I have been thinking of not continuing to go to subway as the service has declined rapidly over the past few years, to the point where if I asked for a tiny bit lore lettuce and more than 3 cucumbers on my sub, I would get the dirtiest looks and the person would just blatantly be rude, standoffish and they would proceed to slap the rest of my sub together without even listening to what I was saying, like I had pushed their limits past what was acceptable, so if they have me 5 black olives, that's what I was getting... I understand that some people can be overly specific and demanding but I just wanted a bit more lettude and a couple more cucumbers.... :( I only get like 5 ingredients in my BLT........ this man however was exactly what I expected and hoped for in a subway artist" sub ^.^"

Quality of food ingredients has been getting worse over time, often unable to get lettuce as the entire batch is more red than green

I just love the freshness of the food at subway. The people at this subway are nice and I never seem to have to wait too long in the line up. Only complaint I have is where the fountain pop machine is located - it is too close to cashier/till in the corner so you can't say while someone gets their drink or hard to get your drink while someone is paying for their food. Probably just switching the pop and I machines would help.

Standard subway but they are cheap as hell here. Ask for extra or lots and they grab like two ingredients and you don't want to ask them a hundred times just to get it right. Happens everytime I come here.

We were traveling through Fox Creek with three young children and my son's Service dog. The staff denied us entry because we had a service dog. I explained that he isn't a pet and I provided them with his government issued service dog ID as well as a copy of Alberta service dog laws which states that we can not be denied entry in ANY public establishment, including (but not limited to) restaurants, hospitals, taxis, etc.Despite this, and despite the fact that it says RIGHT ON THEIR FRONT DOOR that service animals may enter, the staff insisted no pets". It wasn't until I threatened to call the police and informed them that this result in a fine of up to $3000 That they conceded.The ONLY reason I ate there and gave them my business is because Fox Creek has limited options and my 3
