We have been dealing with Sunshine and the owner Patty for years to help us with our in ground pool. The service is excellent. Anything that goes wrong, they are up to the task and not next week but NOW or as soon as possible. They have saved many a party for us so happy we have a reliable pool service in our small town

STAY AWAY!!!!! Bought a pool from them 2 years ago. I was very meticulous about my water chemistry. Took samples there 2 times per week. I noticed my testing strips were off from their tester so I took the same bottle of water to two different pool stores. Same water same day. The other two stores were spot on with one another. They said my chlorine was DANGEROUSLY high! I came and told the owner about the issue and she denied they had a problem with their water testing machine. Very next week….same problem. Again She denied again they had a problem just said well look into it. Never stopped testing water and selling chemicals after the first time I notified her. I had to replace my liner after a year due to chemical damage (new installer verified it was chemical damage). Out $1800. Owner sent a check for $250 and said “accidents happen.”

This place is awesome. I have been a customer for years. Always will to help with any pool water issues always offering helpful ideas. I had a pool for 14 years with crystal clear water every year thanks to them. I also love the tanning they offer many special throughout the year. Bulbs are always fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and very professional. The store is always clean and no one decorates better for the Holidays. I love Patty and her staff.

Excellent customer service!! I went to tan for my first time ever and she was sooo helpful! She gave me a tour of the place and I saw all the different tanning beds from beds to stand-up tanners! She bent over backwards to give me the BEST customer experience/service possible! Excellent experience! I DID tan and it was close to closing time and she was more than happy to allow me to do so! I've never felt more comfortable! Loved it! Excellent experience!

They have everything you need for your pool, hot tub, and tanning booths; vertical and horizontal. Pretty cool place. The hot tubs were the coolest. They also have a repair service.

This is one of those special places. The people here are very kind and friendly. Everyone including the owners learned my first name the first time that I visited.I have observed everyone here to also be very honest, well informed, sincere, and yes always smiling and friendly.This is a good business and really good people, products, and crew.They care!I am, most sincere, Randy Riedel and Courage (the boxer dog).

My family and I purchased a pool a couple years ago. The installers decided to have an argument in our backyard. They weren't able to finish the installation that day due to this. Next day they come out to hurry and finish the job. My pool bottom is uneven and the rails are messed up. When my husband talked to the installer about this we were told that it was all good and would settle. Surprise...it hasn't.

Great place! My husband and I bought pool from Patty. She was very helpful and informative. We didn't feel pressure to buy. We absolutely love the pool. Later went back for an amazing hot tub. Again Patty and staff are always more then helpful with any questions. And it's a great place to tan. Very friendly and easy to do business with.

I just have to say sunshine pools and spa has the best customer service. This last year I bought a hot tub from them. There’s so much to learn and they are so helpful. Give Jeff a call if you are interested in buying a spa he’s been the best sales rep to me so far. Let’s just say he doesn’t forget about you after he makes the sale and that’s important because so many sales reps miss that point. Keep up the good work guys!
