We had a large group for breakfast. Our table was ready for us when we arrived. All of the staff was pleasant, and we had the most wonderful server. She is a gem. The food was ready quickly and it was great. I'm certain we will return again and again.

I don't mind that this restaurant reminds me of your average greasy-spoon, Greek mom and pop restaurant.It is a very spacious place with two dining areas, the second room with a non-functioning bar.It has a very European and very plain setting and feel.I don't like that the bar area is used mostly for hiding boxes and the hallway leading to the washrooms is cluttered with high-seats, boxes and other stuff, making it look cheap considering that the good is pretty good homemade meals.

Asked for scrambled eggs instead of fluffy tasty scrambled eggs i got this rubbery omelet that reminded me of tim Hortons eggs. Bacon was ok, staff was friendly. Should really be serving this particular meal on 2 plates especially considering most people don't want maple syrup on their eggs.

Been here 2 times now. And I live 5 minutes walk away. Both times the waitress' daughter has been in and yells across the restaurant to friends and family. Very annoying. First time she had her young kids in there and constantly threatened them to sit and eat or I'll take you home. Always yelling and threatening but never disciplining. Food is good. Portions are great. Price is fair. Atmosphere with family acting poorly is a downer.

Great breakfast spot & their portions are huge!! I ordered the classic skillet with a side of hollandaise sauce and brought more than half of it home. It also came with toast! Everyone else ordered a traditional breakfast which also had amazing portion sizes. Everything tasted great & was cooked perfectly. The service was also amazing.

Service was good, breakfast was good. We just ordered the standard breakfast special. Nothing fancy but it tasted good. Server was quite efficient for being busy in her seeming to be the only one on our side. The food came out quite quick. Place is a little dated but not terrible. Would probably come back to try lunch sometime.

We did our Christmas brunch at hungry man this year and it was wonderful. They are flexible and accommodating, and as always the food was fantastic and the service was friendly. Comments around the table were “I forgot how good this place was” and “great choice”. Would definitely host another large gathering here and it will remain my go-to breakfast spot!
