We booked with Brewster instead of Airporter despite Brewster costing more because of our flight times. I had a promo code with Airporter for where I was staying. Brewster sent me an email 1 day before our pick up stating that due to circumstances beyond our control

Great way to go to the national parks. Canmore. Banff. Lake Louise. Jasper without transferring and with great drivers. Worth the price.

Wonderful service from Calgary airport to Lake Louise. It was easy to find the Brewster Express desk area at the airport. Our driver was named Rose and she was lovely! You could tell she loved her job. My seat was very comfortable and the views of the Canadian Rockies were breathtaking! It's true there are several stops on the way but the scenery is great. We had to stop in Banff for about an hour before continuing on to Lake Louise and I used the time to walk by the Bow River and I saw an Elk! So the long ride was worth it. I highly recommend the company.

Shuttle arrived nearly an hour late, meaning we were standing around in the heat not knowing what was happening. When the bus finally arrived the driver didn’t even apologise for the lateness. Arrived in Calgary an hour late. The bus had no Wi-Fi or charging points. Very unimpressed. I would not recommend using this if you want to get to your destination at advertised time.

Completely unprofessional and unreliable company!I had a reservation with them to be picked up at 6.05 am from Banff Fairmont Springs to Calgary airport. I waited at the designated pickup place at the hotel from 5.55 am till 6.35 am in a temperature of -20 C. The bus never showed up. I tried calling again and again and no one picked up. As a matter of fact, another Brewster bus that was going to some sightseeing or ski trip passed by, and I talked to the driver. He said there was not much he could do and tried to ping the airporter shuttle through the radio for a few mins. There was no response. Long story short I missed my flight. I called the company later and they lied to me saying that the bus was there and on time. As a side note, the whole time I was waiting, the Banff Fairmont Springs concierge was in close proximity and can verify my claims. They told me that Brewster is completely unreliable and are known to cancel trips without notice when there are not many passengers.

The ride from Calgary to Banff was great. It was a standard large tour bus with overhead compartments, a washroom, leg room with a foot rest, WiFi, sun screens on the windows.The ride from Banff to Calgary is what I did not enjoy. It was the complete opposite of we experienced before. It was a small van/bus with no decal incidating it was Brewster, crammed seats like an airplane, nowhere to put our personal items, no WiFi or window screens to pull down to dim the blaring sun. I would have said 10/10 I'd go through this company again but after the poor experience I'm not so sure. They also advertise on the doors at the Pursuit location in Banff they are open 7am-7pm but I tried calling at 7:03am and 7:45am to ask a question but I kept getting the we are closed" message. I also wish they had more time options for pick up/drop off. The bus was on time both times for pick up so that was a plus

BOOK WITH BANFF AIRPORTER!!Brewster cancelled their 6am shuttle and put my friend and I on a 5am Banff Airporter shuttle. We had received this information as an email at 1pm the day before our flight but didn’t see it as we were in the mountains. At 4:30pm I called to confirm our pickup time, and the Brewster employee told us we would be picked up at 6am, not checking that we had been moved to an earlier shuttle. Luckily we saw the email at 9pm once we got wifi! We called Brewster again to confirm what had happened and ask when and where our pickup was, and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and asked “Moving the shuttle an hour earlier is an inconvenience?” Yes, especially when that change would’ve made us miss our flight and your employee fully told us the wrong information when we called to confirm. She went on to lecture us about the tourism industry, even though we just called to get clarification on our shuttle. Then this morning, the Banff Airporter driver said that Brewster had only confirmed one seat, not two. Luckily the driver was able to make accommodations but overall Brewster has not provided good customer service. One driver we drove with from the airport was very kind, but their customer service and scheduling make them unreliable and unprofessional. In conclusion, book with Banff Airporter instead.Edited to respond to Brewster: the negative review is because of the negative experience we had. When we called to confirm our bus time, we were given the wrong time as confirmation. This misinformation could have caused us to miss our now earlier bus and flight had we not luckily received wifi. We noted some positive things in the review, like the kindness of a bus driver. We understand everyone is trying their best but also wanted to be honest and informative about the entire experience we had.

The driver wouldn’t play music for the two hour trip, because they needed to concentrate on the road. If music is a distraction, having 50 peoples lives in your hand, this is likely the wrong job. Wear earplug la and accommodate your paying guests.

We booked a round-trip shuttle from YYC to Lake Louise. Dave did an excellent job driving us out and had some awesome sight-seeing points along the way. We had to change our plans last minute and informed the driver to leave without us when they came to pick us up. Completely unexpectedly, they gave us a refund on the return trip. Awesome service, and a good Company.
