We have found an add for this company on Kijiji and sent an email for a quote. I got a reply within a few hours which surprised me but than Dan surprised us even further by being very supportive and caring. He answered all our questions and concerns both in person and over emails. He made great suggestions and helped us choose the correct products.We ended up changing our patio door and two windows and are very happy with the end result of how they look and the great price we got.Thank you Dan for always sending me updates and following up on the manufacturing progress.

Our experience with Smart Home Windows and Doors, was second to none.From the first time we sat with Dan, to discuss our needs and options, to the completion of the installation, we were not disappointed.We had other window/door vendors provide quotes, however, Dan’s personal approach, impressive knowledge and attention to detail, was what set him apart from the others.The quality of his products is outstanding and his team of installers were extremely professional and talented.The end result far exceeded our expectations.While it is quite often challenging, to find honest, reputable contractors, Dan and his team are trustworthy, reliable and skilled.I would highly recommend this company.

Mr. D. Glinsky of Smart Home Window & Door, made a nice sales pitch in January 2020 and was charming till he got our $10K deposit. After that communications become dismal. No delivery or installation happened in the first week of March 2020 as contracted. He halted communications after we requested to see our doors and windows in person. He refused to deliver the order and refund money. We had no other choice than instruct our legal representatives to initiate the lawsuit. BE AWARE. Evidence is available.

Working with Dan on replacing the very large windows on my new home was a great experience. From design to production to installation, everything was as advertised. Any issue that came up was quickly resolved and the installation team did a fantastic job. Dan is professional and courteous. The high level of timely communication from Smart Home was refreshing. The owner, Dan, has to be one of the most honest, hard-working and caring business owners ever. He demonstrated incredible integrity when he honoured my window contract, even after the original company went bankrupt. His installers are VERY hard workers, competent and responsible, plus they clean up after themselves! Highly recommend this window company. Dan will go out of his way to ensure your satisfaction. I had initially planned to call a number of companies for a quote on replacing my windows. I messaged Dan and based on his quick response and obvious great pricing decided to go with my gut and have Smart do the work I needed. I am very happy with my choice. My new windows look great and you can already feel the difference in the temperature near the windows. The install team were excellent and even did some repair to the outer window that was above and beyond. I would recommend Smart to all of you. They reinstalled the trim around the new windows and the fit and finish is exact. You won't be disappointed!!!

These guys are awesome at what they do, Very Dedicated people, who strives for the best for there customers. We had all the windows replaced and a new entry door. Mike was a great guy to work with he explained everything I needed to know, he even offered me to go to the factory in Vaughan to see the production. Dan was also a great guy, he made everything easy and payment was super simple as well. I just would definitely recommended these guys to anyone out there looking for a new windows and door.

From my initial enquiry call, right to the final installation and follow up from Dan, the process has been straight forward, efficient, and prompt. Exactly as advertised. His quote was very competitive. The installer of my entry door was also professional, polite, and precise. He was very meticulous and cleaned every speck of debris afterwards. This Company is Dangerous. Do not trust them. They took Money and didnt finish the Job. It's been over 1 year. Dan does not answer his phone now.
