I visited Loewen Piano House during a trip to the Vancouver area. I was pleasantly greeted by Diana, the receptionist at the front. Luke, the store manager, came to me after I tried some of their pianos and welcomed me to play anything in the store. I can say that their pianos are well regulated, tuned and their prices are very reasonable. Plus, the people are all friendly and welcoming unlike a certain store located downtown on Granville Street. Loewen Piano House would have my business if I were a BC resident.

Belinda at Loewan Piano House has provided excellent and professional advices over our recent piano purchase. Based on our target budget, she provided us with a wide spectrum of selection and explained the pros and cons of different options clearly with great patience. We highly valued her professionalism and dedication to help us with this major purchase.Also, Loewan Piano House offers a great selection of pianos (used and brand new) with fairly reasonable prices, which I think is a good place for one-stop piano purchase. We are so glad that we have decided to check out their store. Highly recommended!

My wife and I just bought a new piano and I want to thank Diana for all of her help getting me the perfect piano at an amazing price. Note: we shopped around everywhere and I suggest you skip all of the other shops and go to the Loewen Piano House. Diana is amazing and will make it easy for you to make the right decision. Diana at Loewen Piano was wonderful in helping us chose the piano to suit our needs. She was very patient in listening and finding out what we were looking for, gave recommendations, answered all our questions, gave us time and space in trying/playing the various pianos with no pressure. Luke Ma was extremely helpful during my latest purchase of a Kawai CA99. From shipping and handling to discussing minute details of delivery versus pick-up and the subsequent costs; he left no stone unturned. Overall a fantastic service team and I would highly recommend their services to any friends or family looking for a piano! Also the Kawai CA99 is a fantastic product!
