Excellent service and very professional. The wait time was minimal and they were able to fix the issue promptly. Definitely recommend.

They were always more expensive than anywhere for any service, but it was worth it because of the customer service. Used to refill fluids, offer you a drink, be friendly and honest about what they are doing. Now with new management, the prices are still extremely expensive, no fluid refills, completely dishonest about what needs to be done, and the customer service is awful. Very rude management. The young staff there work very hard, but they're put in a bad position because of their management. My car was on the lift for over an hour today just for a simple tire change, with only one other customer there, and they still had the audacity to charge me over $100 to change them. Last time I went for an oil change, they left a screw driver under my hood - and I didn't notice until I heard clanging from under there while driving. Won't go back for any service again.UPDATE: after my argument yesterday with the manager I'm driving my car and a panel came loose under my car that I'm now repairing somewhere else. Too much of a coincidence since it's a new car and it's never had a problem. Absolute scammers. Do not go here!!

Not what it used to be. I've been going for years for oil changes. Used to be fast, super polite staff, and all the courtesy checks were done. This time it took forever and not a single check was done. They used to check the air filters, top up your fluids, tire pressure, grease the doors, etc. This time, nothing. I even asked the attendant and he said his colleague had done it, which was false as I watched what they were doing the entire time. Still cost me $154 for a basic synthetic oil change. Won't be going back.

Guy was rude and he changed my dashboard to mph after trying to get me to pay a extra hundred for flushing my supposedly over heating rad.

Hadn't been there in a few years. Happy to see Rodney was still working there. However, the guy changing my tires was rude and screamed at me when I asked him to tell me WHY I needed new front breaks. He screamed Because I say so!! Needless to say, I did not believe him and went somewhere else, where I was shown and explained politely the reasons. Sorry Rodney, but I'm never coming back.

I will try and stay as objective as possible in this review, but currently is very hard to do so. We would've preferred to solve these issues privately, if any representatives of Mr. Lube would like to talk it would be greatly appreciated.Please read, this concerns professionalism, accountability, but most importantly safety.We went to Mr. Lube for a simple oil change. They convinced us to take a forfait specialite" which included a front and rear differential oil change. Fine so far

I got an oil change and, because it had been a very long time since, a transmission oil change and a radiator fluid change too. I was served by the store manager (I thought he told me his name was Dave, but the Internet says it's Rodney ?) and he was extremely professional and did an *excellent* job. I've been disappointed with service at this Mr. Lube in the past, but I must say I was *very* impressed with the service this time around.

Do not go to this location at least!!! I changed my wheels and the steering started to shake immediately after having them changed. Went back and attempted to get this resolved but the staff are clearly inexperienced and was confirmed with another garage, MIDAS, that the weighting was off (and there was also a lot that the mechanics missed). I followed up with Brian W Jones Customer Experience Manager regarding a matter pertaining to them balancing and he focused on the issues that the other garage picked up and didn't even apologize for the poor experience. Attempting to take the matter to mediation where apparently M. Lube will attempt to counterclaim for the cost that they incur. Save yourself the trouble and go to a reputable garage!

Served by Prab. 5 Star Service. Fast. Polite. Helpful. Highly recommended.
