When looking for a place for my father in a difficult time, the staff at Conservatory Pond (and in particular Retirement Living Consultant, Bob Brey) made a real difference to our family. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. It was clear that the well-being and happiness of the residents was of primary importance.Bob was kind and patient and always treated my father and our family with care, compassion and respect. Information was always provided clearly and honestly.If you are looking for an excellent Seniors residence, we encourage you to visit Conservatory Pond and spend some time with Bob Brey.(Oh, and the lunch was also spectacular!)

I have been coming into the home for several years as an independent contractor and am always impressed with how the home has always come together as a team. The residents are treated with dignity and respect. The ultimate compliment is I would not hesitate to have a loved one reside here. Conservatory Pond is definitely at the top of my list.

Chartwell Conservatory Pond Retirement Residence
My wife and I perform music in our duo calledDrummin & a Strummin. We played a gig at Chartwell on Jan 27th and we all had a blast! We laughed, sang and told stories. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The residents were very appreciative and enjoyed singing along to our music. We hope to return and entertain the fun-loving, Chartwell gang again!

I am an artist and musician who performs monthly for the residents at Chartwell Conservatory Pond. The staff have been so supportive and helpful and the residents are a total pleasure to perform with. It's a really warm environment full of loads of care. It's a total pleasure to spend time there!

What a pleasure to play for Chartwell Conservatory Pond residents and dust off old standards that are familiar to the vast majority of listeners, songs from either their youth or, in some cases, their parents' early years. Many residents are kind enough to stop by and issue an on-the-spot (favourable) review afterwards, which I find very gratifying. An added bonus for me is the opportunity to play on that handsome Baldwin baby grand piano, arguably the finest 88" in local retirement residences.And finally

As an entertainer, I find Conservatory Pond to be very well organized, with an excellent space in which entertainers can perform, and a welcoming and appreciative audience. Holly and the other staff members have been great to work with, and I like performing there.

My mom and I toured the Conservatory Pond residence with consultant Bob Brey. Ultimately my mom chose a different residence for its proximity to family, but we were so impressed with the warmth and the professionalism of the staff at Conservatory Pond. They really seem committed to creating a sense of family among the residents. Thank you, Bob.
