This Tim Hortons is very drive thru focused so don't be fooled if you hear them talking to someone else. The staff was efficient and kind enough. There was a decent selection of items, no major complaints. The venue was clean and had a variety of settings.

Walked in, and nobody else was in the restaurant. Ordered my drink a caramel iced coffee. The lad behind the counter had to find someone else who knew how to make my order. Don't usually care about what goes on behind the counter but found this group very unprofessional.

I like it very much with one exception. I need to see more gluten free products there. I would love to buy food or donuts but there are no gluten free products.

This location has the worst service that I've ever experienced at a Tim Horton's location. If you're going on a nice weekend make sure to be ready to sit in line for 15 minutes before you can even order

Barely ever have inventory and always have an excuse, and when they do have it they skimp out on the portions as much as possible, their loaded" wraps are literally half the size compared to any other place I've gotten them. Do not recommend"

I came through the drive-through just 10 minutes ago and I was greeted at the speaker by a negative tone. I recognized the voice of being that of MITCHEL, the nights worker that has been there quite a while. After getting to the window he told me my total before I even stopped the car, so I asked him if he could please repeat himself. He sighed, told me the total and I proceeded to hand him 4$ in change (8 quarters and 1 toonie). He said to me harshly: You know I'm gonna have to count all of this." So I told him that It was 4$

Not acknowledged for 2+ minutes. Nobody in line. Tons of staff working the drive thru. Pathetic.No TP in the bathroom. Filthy.Get to work!

Very good Indian staff and other people except that night guy who's always rude even on drive thru and while accepting customers at night. He's found shouting all the time.

This Tim Hortons is the one you go to in Brockville when you know exactly which donut, muffin, or sandwich you really want because they always have it. It seems a lot of the time other Timmy's run out of certain products but not this one. It always has exactly what I want. Also, the staff at this Tim's are very friendly while keeping it professional. The atmosphere in this restaurant is nice. There is higher up stools along the window, regular tables with chairs as well as bench seats and tables. Anything to please you. They also have free wifi to use while you are there and their bathrooms are always clean. The only down side, which doesn't bother me cause I don't drive is the drive threw. The line up for it does tend to run a little long sometimes although the staff works relentlessly to keep it as short as possible so it goes pretty quick most of the time. This is my favorite Tim Hortons in Brockville.
