Excellent experience with this clinic. I went there as walk in. Now Dr. Singh is our family doctor. He is Very knowledgeable and patient doctor. Appointment booking is very easy. No waiting time. Receptionist is also very nice. Overall very neat and clean clinic. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Singh.

Dr. Sing that works there is a fraud. He would not see me for my persistent eye twitching problem i had been having for months (Vaccine injury) instead he just proscribed 1.5mg 3 doses of Ativan. more of a bandaid then actually addressing the issue and treating it like a Dr should. I hope he has his medical license taken away from him. I would advise anyone with common sense to seek out a more legitimized Doctor and not a fruad! DR SING IS A JOKE!

Dr. Shamsher Singh has been thorough with his assessment and is caring and do not try to rush you or discredit your concerns.The receptionists are friendly and helpful. No matter how busy they are, I have never felt neglected or rushed in my communications with them. Would definitely recommend!!!The location, organization and cleanliness of the clinic are all pretty good as well.

Horrible service at this medical clinic. I was told by the doctor he is accepting new patients, I transferred my file over from my previous doctor. Set up an appointment, drove out 40 minutes to only be turned away because he isn’t accepting any new patients despite him being the family doctor for the rest of my family & accepting my file. There is very poor communication between staff, the receptionists are full of attitude, the doctor comes across as very rude and extremely unprofessional. My concerns were ignored, I was not given any guidance or help to find a another doctor. If you care about your health and loved ones avoid this medical clinic!

Had a meet & greet with Dr.Shamsher Singh December 6, 2021. The meet & greet was for my disabled sister & my elderly mother 71 years old. Dr. Singh tone of voice was rude & unprofessional. Perhaps he was having an off day. I the conversation on speaker for my mother & sister listen. I told him briefly about my sister, nothing about my mother yet, and he said “ I’m not taking patient at the moment” I said oh that’s ok, how about the wait list. He replied “I have a very long wait list, you should try a different doctor”. My mother was appalled with his demeanour & tone of voice. Not sure why we had a meet & greet, it was a waste of our time. I hope he didn’t bill two individual for that, he probably did… Character matters so does kindness.

Best doctor ever! I am so lucky to have him as a family doctor. Very responsive and highly knowledgeable. Forever grateful!!!

Dr. Singh is an amazing doctor. He is very punctual and professional. I have been visiting his office ever since the Dr. Singh has been a part of it. I would highly recommend this place. Unlike others, he prefers to stick to the appointment time given to patients for proper patient care.Front desk is extremely pleasant as well.

Dr. Singh and the staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

The website clearly states that this is a walk-in clinic. I came in today to get a diagnosis, there was only 1 person waiting and they claim they don't do walk ins, and they are not accepting any new patients? Please change your website details or else you'll just be wasting other people's time whom are in need of help. PS: Reception needs to work on their demeanor of customer service, very rude, and full of cold shoulders

Dr. Singh has been my family physician ever since he has started his practice at this location.He is a very knowledgeable and professional physician, who takes time to listen and analyze the patient before recommending a path to recovery.I would highly recommend him. Thanks Dr. Singh.
