my little cousin love’s the daycare here! They have so many fun and interactive activities. She’s always smiling when I pick her up at the end of the day :)

Bad first impression with a few red flags! It was like pulling teeth trying to get pricing from Susan, even at the in-person tour. She could've showed us pricing from the previous year and then give an estimate for the next year like most places do due to the new gov't benefits, but nope! She also didn't follow up with pricing info in our emails after the tour. We are looking for FT care but she kept pushing us to do PT, we understand the gradual entry, but no specifics were given about length of time for that either. Another red flag is the drop off and pick up times are shorter than what's posted, it's only 8am-5pm, NOT 7am-6pm. They also don't provide any snacks or meal. Susan seems untrustworthy to work with. Overall, it's not a good fit for us and our child.

I have visited this daycare and found good for my son but it needs my son turn to 30 months. 2 months before he could starts I registered him and pay 1300$ (1100 deposit and 200 registration fee) but when I got the form to fill and submit for child care benefit subsidy I noticed the daycare manager has written time daily from 1 pm to 6 pm while we have asked for 8am to 5 pm when I asked she told me this is just for your form and you can bring your son from 8 am to 5 pm. I didn’t say anything and filled and collected all docs and submitted for subsidy. After 2 weeks, Daycare manager called me and told me your allocated subsidy is 550$ only not full amount so call child care benefit center and complain that our requested time is more than 4 hours per day and it is subject to full fund that 1100$!!!Then I realized that she misconducted us and wanted to take the advantage of taking more child than allowed capacity of her license.Imagine that after staying more than 2 months and following all steps and paying 1300$ what a terrible feeling you might have. Will you trust this daycare with such attitude of management?!For me INTEGRITY is the first must have quality in any services specially when it is related to my children.

I’ve been dropping my kid off here every day for the last two years. My wife Madison B raves about this place and their attention towards the kids. Highly recommend.

It gives me a great pleasure to review Kidz R Kidz.where my 3 years old daughter enjoyed two years of her happiest times learning and playing with her friends. We found Kidz R Kidz to be an exceptional daycare that provided a safe, happy and encouraging space for children, thanks to Ms.Souzan’s tireless efforts, care and attention to their needs and support their early experiences of life beyond the family. My husband and I are happy to highly recommend Kidz R kidz to those who look for high-standards daycare.

The most respectful, loving and caring people I have ever met. I have three children and my only regret is that my first two did not have the privilege of attending Kidz R Kidz.My daughter’s excitement and enthusiasm every morning when I drop her off and her positive and happy attitude when I pick her up speaks volumes of the love and care she is receiving every day. I have the utmost recpect and appreciation for Ms. Suzan and every single one of her wonderful staff. i am eternally thank you to all of you :)

Horrible daycare. Very rude. No intro to who they are and looks very careless.They won’t give any information and want to see my child before giving me info pricing and answering my basic questions like do you provide food or not in the programs.They seem very unprofessional and very expensive too

My 3 years old daughter went to this daycare for couple of months. Shortly after her daily attendance we have noticed that she is blinking her eyes and biting her nails that still remains. she aggressively shouted and pointed finger on me and her father to sit down and remain stationary. It was obvious she is suffering from something and had a lot of anger.In addition she cried and said sorry sorry when she was sleeping at night. Therefore after two and half months I stop taking her to daycare.two staffs named Pooneh and Bahar both are not qualified to treat and look after children.I once saw she showed her frustration by slapping on a child back of hand.Day care’s manager Susan thinks about money and does not care about anything unfortunately no organisation monitor them.If your child mental health and well-being is your first priority please don’t send them there!!They are not competency to do this highly sensitive job.

This Centre is the only place where my son enjoys! He learns so many new things every day and would like to share them with people around him. He is alway super active, happy and excited after day care because of the way he was treated. He was unable to communicate and socialize before; but since last year , when he entered this place, he changed . He talks, communicates and socializes . Great team!
