i just wanted to say thank you for such a great service and a special mention to Hanan, Loy and Dany from Vaudreuil for being such great instructors throughout my journey! they are amazing and know their stuff so well. always making sure i’m safe and having also a good time while being patient with me. it really showed in the end when i took my exam! the school had missed information on my attestation so i couldn’t do my on road exam. I was refused to do my on road for this one typo. Wasted an entire day just because of the school’s mistake. The receptionist Maude was very defensive about me pointing out their mistake and wasn’t willing to take responsibility. Very bad attitude and no effective communication. Did not solve the problem.

I dealt with many nice experiences with the receptionist and instructors but I owe my success to Norm. I deal with really bad anxiety and Norm calmed me right down. Every lesson was so enjoyable and stress free. He is such an amazing human being, I can not recommend him enough!

I normally go to Access Vaudreuil but this time I got an in-car session with Murray from St-Lazare and it was great! He was super patient and gave a lot of great helpful advice to help me become a better driver. Especially as someone who gets quite anxious during these sessions, he responded very calmly to mistakes I made which is very different from my past experiences with instructors. Totally recommend him!

I really would like to recognize Josee (receptionist) and Michelle (driving instructor) for making my experience from beginning to end a truly positive one. They were always very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions or concerns, that I may have had at the time. Michelle's instruction in the car really helped to calm any nerves or fears that I was experiencing during the course and helped me to become the much more confident driver that I am today. Thanks to her I was prepared for my practical exam and passed on the first try. Thank you for a great 13 months!

I had 2 lessons with Norm and he is the man!!! He's calm, supportive, and takes the anxiety out of driving. He had lots of helpful tips for passing the test and is super reassuring. Couldn't have asked for a better instructor. Cheers Norm!

Highly recommend this driving school. Always had good experiences with the driving instructors. As well as the receptionist. Can't think of any better school to get your licence from.
