Carlos was very delayed in getting to our roof, I understand that there were some weather delays. We waited over 2 months. Our job was obviously not a priority. He never bothered to install the snow guard over the doors. He would never return texts or phone calls. I had asked him to do a smaller roof on another structure. Never completed the job. Paid for the snow guard that was never installed. I do not recommend this company. I had 2 other people come in and inspect the job. I have been told the roof will last but the installation is poor quality. Probably will have issues with leaks. Never use this company.

Absolutely useless. I was in contact with someone from this company during the summer months. We planned on doing one side of my roof in August. I signed a contract with them around mid August. He said he would come the next week. That week went by, nobody came, nobody called. I called a few times, no answer. The next week on the Tuesday I get a text saying they will be the next day, Wednesday. Nobody came, nobody called. This went on for over a month, oh we'll be there next week, we'll be there tomorrow. Nobody calls nobody comes. Eventually they stopped answering my calls and texts. This company is useless, do not waste your time!!
