We had the same day real estate closings and everything was quick and smooth so that we were able to move into our new house sooner than what we had anticipated.Natalie and her staff were very helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. They were very detailed-oriented and organized. They went above and beyond in making sure we're all set before the closing date, and in fact in their review of the bank's documents and during our zoom meeting, they were able to find some discrepancies between the final numbers by the bank and what we had seen before. Since the problem was caught fast, our mortgage broker had enough time to resolve the issue with the funding staff at the bank just before the closings.All in all, great experience.
