We came in for brunch ($28) at the 1pm seating (there's 11 am, 1 pm and 3pm).The experience was fair. There was about 30 choices (if you count the 3 fruits and rice/garlic rice). We were a bit conflicted with some reviews saying 50 choices and some saying dishes don't get replenished between seating. Perhaps the 11 am would have been better. The selection changes every week, so if you've seen photos of brunch from one week, it may not be like that the next week.I enjoyed the scrambled eggs, lumpia, and cassava cake. Some items were left from the first seating such as the chicken Joyce, lumpia, French fries, pot pie, sisig so they were rather cold and dry. Most items were not in a food warmer.Nothing else came out during our seating. We wished that all items were labeled instead of some of them.I feel for a group of 4 people, ordering the kamayan box for 4 and then adding extra dishes would have been a better experience. We'll probably go for that instead of the brunch next time.

I had a great experience eating at Kanto! The service was excellent. The server was incredibly friendly and attentive. Not only was the food amazing but the portions were also very big, I even had leftovers to take home to enjoy later! The restaurant itself was also very cute and had a very warm and welcoming feel to it. Will definitely be back again soon and I would absolutely recommend going to Kanto :)

Unexpected find on a Sunday stroll. Came up on this place. Choice of buffet and normal eating. Variety of different foods. Very delicious! Long large tables as well as sitting for two.

We love Kanto. Their OG location in Market 707 specialises in killer Filipino street food, and their Junction location takes that food excellence to a whole other level.Their Sunday Fiesta Brunch is phenomenal, both in terms of tasty food but also in terms of value for money. For $28.00 (before tax and gratuity) you can settle in an eat yourself insensible from the huge variety of items that show up over the course of a couple of hours (*Note: eat a wee bit at a time and linger because new dishes rotate into the buffet all the time). One of the coolest things about the Fiesta Brunch is talking to the staff about what's what on the buffet: the food's regional origins; how to mix-and-match flavours; their favourites). If you're lucky Diona - aka: Tita Flips - the owner and founder will be there. Her passion for the food, and her knowledge, will blow you away - so fun!And don't miss their Bao lunch specials during the week. $10 for two of the best pork belly Bao we've ever had (and unless you're a very, very big eater you'll be stuffed). Diona makes the Bao dough fresh every day, and your order comes out piping hot and fluffy every time. Can't wait to get their to try some of their evening menu.Highly recommended!

Space is simple but nice and service is polite if a little slow. Food is truly traditional Philippine food served simply. Tasty enough and portions are quite filling. A Sunday brunch for $25/person looked pretty good from the photos.Visited again with a few people and ordered the large mixed platter. Delicious! Worth having if you are a group. Easily good for 6 people.Worth stopping in if you are in the Junction area and looking for a bite to eat.

Very very good kamayan feast!!They even delivered! We pre-ordered the kamayan feast and it was quite good! I believe it was around $65 and would be enough to probably feed 4 peopleIt was a departure from what we were used to where the feast involved a combination of meat and seafood, and this was purely meat. With crispy skinned pork, chicken, beef, and lots of spring rollsThe deep fried bananas covered in honey were absolutely amazingOverall, definitely satisfied but would enjoy some seafood. Also, the rice was a little bland, would have like more garlic mixed in to flavour it

The service was insanely slow. We waited for close to an hour after ordering. However, it was totally worth it. If I come again in the near future, I will pack myself a snack to eat while waiting. I was HANGRY by the time the food finally came. They seemed very short staffed. If you want dessert other than ube cake, I highly recommend the cassava cake.
