I'm a first-time RC person looking to try out the RC world to see if I like it... I Walked in there to get a repair (or at least their opinion) on a RC Heli I won at an auction... when I showed it to the guy at the counter, he scoffed at me and said bluntly (in front of the other people there), what you have there is a toy

The staff was very rude and if you don't buy something from them, they treat you like a idiot, trying to get you out of their store.

I enjoy casual shopping, going in and browsing around, taking my time to decide what to buy, then perhaps even returning to buy it next time. I have never felt more uncomfortable than in this store. Every time I have even dared to enter this store I was treated suspiciously. I understand from other reviews that this store has trouble with stealing, but the solution is (perhaps) uncluttering the store or arranging it so easily steal-able things are behind counters with employees, not chasing customers as if each one was a thief.I even gave this store several chances. Not all the employees are like this. But I'm not going to waste my time going there again.

I purchased some model rocket gear here. The staff was very helpful and knowledgable.

Sad to see the place go. Lots of selection and knowledgeable staff made it a fun place to go.

i felt uncomfortable in your store, it gives me an anxiety attack and makes me make quicker descisions that i sometimes regret later, your staff stares at me while im looking at stuff like im a master theif and they need to watch my hands lol i have a job and if i want something ill buy it but i want to look at the stuff i want to buy should really train your staff better people who come to your store in a 50 thousand dollar truck probly arent going to steal a 10 can of paint lol

These guys are great. I went in to buy a cheap train set.......... Steve over there has a lot of knowledge of pretty much everything. He is very helpful and helps me with 2 Traxxas trucks that i own now. I don't think i need to go to any other store if it is RC related. They have it all.I still don't own any Train sets tho...:)
