Speedy Glass St Stephen

I’m sitting here in the parking lot at Speedy Glass St. Stephen – I picked up my car just now and I wanted to leave a five star review before I even pulled away. My experience here has been absolutely incredible. Came in for a cracked windshield and was helped personally by friendly staff and guided through the process. They were by some miracle able to do the work the very next day. I’m sitting in my car and it’s absolutely spotless - it was cleaned inside and out. This is service way above and beyond. Fast, friendly, and professional. I can’t wait for my next broken windshield and/or any other services I can think of from Speedy Glass!UPDATE: Here I am less than a year later with another windshield incident. As upsetting as it was that my windshield got cracked yet again, I was given the white glove treatment by the amazing people at Speedy. They got me in within days, added a glass care package for one year for free sympathizing with my predicament, and sent me out the door with a car care gift. When I got to my car, it was washed on the outside and vacuumed on the inside. I can’t even believe it! Troy and his staff know how to take care of customers and I’m so glad to be taken care of here when I need it!

Very fast reliable service. They booked me right in for my windshield repair in a timely manner and completed the job faster then originally thought. The prices were fantastic! Strongly recommend!!

Had a windshield replaced today. Put it through insurance. I go to pick it up and im shocked to find out I had to pay a full 250 dollar deductable. This was not told to me prior. Will never get my buisiness again. Go to the Glass Guys. They waive up to 200 dollars of your deductable.This was a shady trick. Obviously if I had of been aware I would NOT have used Speedy Auto GlassThis is an honest review. They tried to tell me at first that its been their policy for over 10 years, then someone else that worked there said 3 or 4 years. Which is it?Never again. Just call both glass companies prior to getting your windshield replaced.They also basically tried to tell me that their work is somehow superior"Anyway i hope this helps someone out. Just call around first"

Excellent customer service. Got windshield replaced, few days later a small crack formed, took it back and showed it to them and with very few questions they took responsibility and replaced it. Gave my car back cleaned on the inside and out, both times.This place is obviously run in a way that values customer satisfaction. Thanks a lot everyone.

The folks at the St. Stephen branch of Speedy Glass were very friendly and focused on service. They looked right after the parts I needed for my truck and had them installed quickly at a really reasonable price.

Great Service and Product! Wanted black framed windows for our new home and we were very happy Speedy windows could provide exactly what we had in mind. They have an extensive amount of window and door collections to choose from. The turn around time from time of order to delivery an installation was fast. The installers are very knowledgeable and fast. We had a couple small issues due to a window accidentally getting broke by the building company and Speedy took action to do everything to fix this window quickly. Very Happy with their service and would highly recommend this company. Thank you Speedy
