Excellent service. I was happy with the remote starter installed for my wife's car. I came back and had a remote starter for my car. Scott is professional, accommodating, and answered all my questions. The installation is professional and super clean without any damage.

I have bought 4 remote starters from them over the years and I only had a problem with one of the remotes. They resolved this problem within 10 days. They are by far the best automobile stereo installation dealer in Windsor. BUT their website is IMPOSSIBLE to navigate. They need to realize were all common folk. I know they are trying for the higher end customers but hey us average internet knowledge people have money as well..

Compustar starter and alarm with the ProT13 remote and proximity sensor installed. The guys were great! Easy to use.

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to share a poor service experience I recently had with FAS. I went into the store over the holidays to inquire about repairing a receiver from a home install they had done for me years ago along with installing a new system in another area of my house. Received an email from Pete a short time later explaining my situation to Darren and to set up an in home assessment for me.About 10 days later I still hadn't received a response, so I sent an email reminder. Darren replied and said he would get back to me with an appointment time. I responded to him a couple of times after that mid-January and still have yet to receive a response.We all get busy, I get it, but the lack of response just leaves a bad taste for me as a former customer. Based on other reviews I have read online, unfortunately I don't think I'm alone.I hope they take customer concerns more seriously in the future.

I dealt with Mike at Factory Auto Sound for the replacement of the radio in my retirement homes mini-bus. You couldn't ask for a nicer and more courteous person. He took his time explaining every option to me and impressed me with his customer service from the moment I first called in, to the moment I drove the bus away. Absolutely A1 service, I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Thanks Pete and his team of professional installers. They did an amazing job on my home stereo system for our sunroom and covered porch. The same company I trusted when I was younger for all my car audio needs is the company I turned to for my home entertainment needs! the guys in this shop are great, a year ago i had a starter installed in my daughters car as a christmas gift and even at that time they did a great job. lately however the starter stopped working for whatever reason. i called on behalf of my daughter (she is only 17 and can be shy) , she took the car there while i was at work, even tho they are usually by appointment, she just popped in and they saw her car anyway. She didnt wait long and were quick to fix the issue. Again, they were polite and took care of the problem even without a appointment. very professional .

*Update*A few years later I had a few issues with my install and FAS group was able to help me out within 48 hours and the visit was only 30 minutes to get everything fully fixed and working. Appreciate the gentleman who helped me out and took the time to show me the problem and how to fix it going forward. Customer service was excellent.Recently had my truck in to have a Compustar alarm/remote starter installed. The service was completed and I'm satisfied with the install however my dash cam was unplugged and not plugged back in when the service was completed * minor complaint * there was also a few stripped wire ends left on my floor mats and a bunch of little wire shards.overall I'm happy with the completed work but the attention to detail left a bit to be desired.would recommend to fiends.

Mike listened to what I wanted and quickly put together components that fit my budget. I was contacted part way through the installation when they realized I could add another useful component to the system at very little extra cost, I happily accepted the recommendation. The installation was scheduled very soon after my walk in purchase and turned out very clean.
