Primacy - West Edmonton Medical Clinic

I've been a patient of Dr. Quek for a long time. I've also been a patient of the Copeman Clinic (which is semi private and costs 5k a year for membership dues plus payment for any further service you wish to utilize). I have also been through the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix for some diagnostic services .The only reason I left Dr. Quek was a change of address and his wait times got horrific for a while and I practice law and simply didn't have the time. He has gotten this under control entirely . He has seen me through a lot, including cancer, and is the most intuitive, patient, intelligent and understanding doctor I have ever seen by far .He's not taking new patients to my knowledge so I'm not trying to pump his tires here I just wanted to clarify the facts. The simpleton that said she didn't like him because he didn't do what she directed is just too stupid to stay in her lane and understand that he's the doctor and in the confines of his office he gives the direction. As he should. He's the best doctor in every respect you can measure by far and away that I have seen.

I’ve been a patient with dr quek since I was born. He is the most caring doctor and treats all his patients with respect, dignity, and care. His current front office staff are a nightmare. I walked out of my appointment today after the staff gave me a rude tone when I was just on time for my appointment. Not “late” like she tried to tell me. Usually I get a reminder call for appointments from the office staff. This didn’t occur and my adhd brain last minute remembered this appointment. When I called her out for her tone she decided to raise her voice at me telling me to sit down. This is when I walked out because I began crying and shared I am having a bad day today and then asked her if she was too. I will not be returning to dr quek with this staff employed. The professionalism was not around and I have never had such a negative experience in this office until today.

DR quek is a very thorough doctor and takes his time to deal with all your issues . He has been a great physician to my self family and referred friend . Never a issue and despite his name he is no Quak

They don't take walk-ins or new patients right now. Try a different clinic or make sure you call beforehand if you are going to try to come in anyway

Took my mother for a pain relief injection. Dr. Vonda was dismissive, unprofessional, rude and short with my mother. Insisted its not as bad as she said and wouldn't be issuing her shot she had waited 8 months to receive. The clinic is dirty and poorly maintained and I will ensure my mother doesn't have to suffer at the hands of someone who clearly has forgotten the hypocratic oath.

The office staff has been extremely helpful and go above and beyond for us whenever we need anything or have any questions. Which over the last year has been very frequent. Dr Kiltz is very patient and compassionate. Thank-you for all you do and for your kindness.

I went to see Dr. Vonda Bobart for pain management treatment. I received none. After being interrogated and judged for 40 minutes, she offered no treatment plan. She’s an arrogant “know it all” who doesn’t have a clue how to be a doctor or even talk to people. It was clear that her objective was to push pills, even for issues that I wasn’t there to see her about. Do not waste your time or resources with this “Doctor”.

One of the WORST experiences from a person who calls themselves a DOCTOR. DR. VONDA needs to take personal development courses on dealing with human beings. Don't even waste your valuable time going to see this DOCTOR, she's not even worth the 1 star!!!

My father passed away in 2018 due to the Malpractice of Dr. Quek and Dr. Kiltz at Primacy West Edmonton Medical Clinic. They had him tested for stomach cancer but mixed up the papers and told my father that he was fine. 6 Months later, my father passed. The dr at Misericordia hospital said he would be still alive if he had gotten treatment at the time of the test results.

The worst experience ever. My wife and me went with a lot of hopes after waiting a long time to get to see dr Vonda Robart. A rude dr who never listens and no matter what details you give to her, she comes with things that are completely irrelevant with you and she insist on her assessments. Will never go back to this person again. Waste of our time.
