The staff here are quick to help out. The store was busy when I arrived during my holiday travels to replace a broken leash. The lady at the till called someone from the back to assist and we were back to our holidays in no time plus a nice treat for our four legged family member.

Super friendly Manager! Truly appreciated the genuine concern. We were evacuated and our dog needed some treats. I briefly brought up that my guy destroys toys. The manager suggested some awesome and so far indestructible toys!

Uh I've got a concern. I went in there and the beta fish, the white one, was the most expensive. I think this is racist. I'll be contacting head office. White powa baby

I've gone into Pet Value on numerous occasions over the last couple of months and have been met with low energy, unfriendly staff. They just don't seem like they want to be there and hate their jobs. Any other pet value I go into, the staff are cheerful and happy to see my dogs. I won't be going back to this pet value in the future.

I recently stopped at this Pet Valu while passing through Hinton. The staff was quick to help and brought some of my items up to the front for me while I browsed (which was really nice since I had my cat in my arms). I was only there for a few minutes, but the customer service during that time was awesome! If I’m ever in need of more pet supplies while passing through, this Pet Valu will be my stop!

Beautiful kept store, very organized and clean. They had a fundraiser with door prizes, but I am not from town unfortunately, but the 2 workers who helped me are super great!
