Our 3 1/2 year old retriever loves his country retreats where he gets to play with his Mum and cousins. Bruce and his team do a fantastic job breeding and rearing wonderful retrievers and is always available for advice. His new boarding facilities are first rate. We would not leave our special boy with anyone else. Thanks again.

Our dog absolutely loves being at Goldnote! He always has a playmate and is completely unstressed when we come back to get him. Gives us so much comfort when we travel or need to be out of town.

I can’t say enough about the team at Goldnote. Since day 1 they have been so helpful and responsive; they truly care about all their pups even after they‘ve been brought home. Bruce is so incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and selected a dog for us that would do well in a city environment, surrounded by noise, people and other dogs. We absolutely adore her and she has adapted beautifully to the busyness that surrounds her on a day-to-day basis. We are so thankful that we found Goldnote and appreciative of their thoughtful and careful approach to the process.

Bruce is amazing, he truly cares where his pups go and he is a genuinely kind human being. Bruce chose our puppy for us based on our lifestyle and family planning. We couldn't have asked for a better pup to match our family. Our pup is beautiful, healthy, and the perfect addition to our family.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Goldnote. The owner, Bruce, is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful; he is one of those people who is constantly adding to his knowledge in order to provide the best for his dogs. We got a pup in August from him and Bruce has been available to help at any moment. It's wonderful to find a breeder who is truly interested in the health and wellbeing of the breed... he puts his heart and soul into his dogs and I feel so lucky to have our Gus whose mother is Hickory. His facilities are fantastic and he does such a great job with the dogs who stay for daycare or boarding. Thank you, Bruce!!

I was looking for boarding for our intact female and was proving to be difficult until I found Bruce and Yvonne at Goldnote.Bruce was absolutely fantastic. He went over every detail about boarding and the steps they take to keep her happy and safe. He said she would have a friend to play with while she was there. All the staff were so wonderful. Especially because our girl has a coat that needs to be brushed to avoid matting. They did an excellent job the first time we left her there and keeping on top of it. Was very impressed. Our dog loved all the staff too. She couldn't have been in better hands.We have used them quite a few times now and just wanted to let them know how much we appreciate them, especially when we needed to book her in this summer and they were able to take her in on such short notice not once, but twice. They went above and beyond.I also chatted with Yvonne about nutrition and what a wealth of knowledge she has. If you're thinking of going raw she is definitely the one to speak to. Or if you prefer to feed kibble, she can give you tips on how you can add things to your dogs diet to give them added health benefits.All around a great team and highly recommend them to everyone.

It was a late booking, and of course I was late picking Max up on Sunday. But you know what he wanted to talk to me about as soon as I got there. He said, for some reason, I got booked at twice the rate. I said I never questioned it because Max is always well taken care of and loves to go. Anyways we settled on a rate with my tardiness. I would give the highest rating to this establishment and would highly recommend it. And I am not easy to please. And besides he usually has some beautiful dogs of his own and this time they had PUPPIES!!!

I recently had my 4 month old puppy boarded at goldnote and cannot say enough good things about them. You could tell upon pick up my puppy had fallen in love with them and the other puppies there. So comforting to know for when I have to go out of town for work in the future. Would highly recommend this amazing place. You can tell they honestly care about the dogs that come there.
