Have been going here for a long time. Recommended to several people including family. These guys are excellent. Customer Service is first rate & the staff will go above and beyond.Courtesy cars are available for big jobs. Prices are industry average.But the main reason for bringing your vehicle here is: Honesty.They’ll never try to sell you something you don’t need.I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Went to this place for years for oil changes- no issues whatsoever. Fred was great.Went in another time to ask them to change the O2 sensor which was malfunctioning (I used a code reader). When I picked up the car, they wanted to charge me a $150 diagnostic fee to tell me, what I told them. Funny eh? After protesting, they knocked it down a little.Another time I went to have them replace the parking brake cable. They changed it, and it failed less than 2 years later. They said there was nothing that could be done and it was just one of those things. I went directly to the dealer instead to install the thing properly. (Oakville Tire used some aftermarket part so either the part was poor quality or it was installed incorrectly. Note, the previous parking brake cable set had lasted 9 years. The new cable from the dealer has lasted since 2016 and is perfectly fine. ). So be warned about their practices.Post business response: to anyone reading this review, as you can see, the company’s response speaks volumes. Note that they don’t refute the substance of my review.

Always trustworthy, dependable, friendly service. Ken and team always do terrific work. Trust them will all work on our vehicles.

Called on a Friday at 9am with a nail in my tire . Was on the road heading on vacation at 10:30! Outstanding Customer Experience!!

The rapid lube shop is always friendly to deal with and provides a thorough job. Would definitely recommend.
