Dr Sarah Urton is great! She was professional kind and very knowledgeable. I got a pair of orthotics by her and they were well made and helped my problem! She took the time to explain everything to me, I highly recommend her!! Nice to see there are doctors like her who care about their patients!

Dr William Urton did a great job and is really knowledgeable. I really appreciate his professionalism. So I decided to order a pair of Orthotics as he recommended. The orthotics also works well.However, what really frustrates me is when I asked for an itemized receipt for insurance purposes later, the staff of the clinic refused to provide one. This has caused me further inconvenience and frustration, as now I cannot get fully reimbursed by my insurance company. The letter I received from the clinic only indicated that the total cost for a pair of orthotics is $670 but does not give me a breakdown for the casting fee and lab fees, which is necessary information that I need for insurance purposes.I believe that it is the responsibility of the healthcare provider to provide an itemized receipt upon request. This not only shows transparency and good business practice, but also helps patients understand the cost of their medical treatment and make informed decisions about their healthcare. Not recommend this clinic.

Thank you to Dr. Sarah Urton and her team for their wonderful care. Had I known this level of care was possible, I would not have procrastinated having my injury tended to. Dr. Urton is kind, patient and skilled. The procedure was thoroughly explained and I was sent home with all the follow-up information I needed. Thank you, Dr. Urton.

Sarah and her team are incredible. Very disappointed with the reception. I had been waiting for today’s ( Dec 23rd) appointment to see the doctor. I have been in immense pain and barely able to do my daily activities because of foot ache. It’s snowing and there are ice rains and almost the whole city has come to a halt due to this weather. My appointment was at 2 30pm and I requested so many times explaining the condition if they are able to accommodate me a little later in the day and the guy who spoke to me over phone was absolutely stubborn to even try to see if I can be accommodated. I understand there were other patients after me, but can they not find like 15 mins to accommodate me? according to the reviews here, anyway they only see you for max 15 mins. I would have appreciated if they were kind enough to me. I live in Burnaby and it’s extremely hard to get there in this snow and slush and the way whole transit works when it snows. It’s a health issue and they take it so easy. It’s such a shame that they aren’t kind enough to people. Don’t doctors take oath to care for patients? Where’s that component here? Lol

Dr Sarah Urton helped me so that I can do all the things I enjoy doing. I had Morton's Neuroma in both my feet. Cortisone shots and orthotics didn't help anymore, and I couldn't walk for more than 10 minutes without excruciating pain. I did a lot of research and knew that it might not be successful, but Dr Urton had a great reputation. Dr Urton operated to remove the nerves causing the pain and I have been pain free for 6 months. I was able to hike the East Coast trail in Newfoundland for up to 20 km per day. I would highly recommend talking to Dr Urton about your choices if you are suffering from this debilitating condition.
