St. Barnabas Anglican Church

The minute you walk in, you know that this church is different. It has some of the trappings that you expecting a church, altar, hangings, etc but it's what happens that is different. The atmosphere is relaxed. People in suits, people in shorts, people sitting the floor, people sitting in chairs,in pews.The Biblical storytelling is the most wonderful way to hear the scriptures. It;s like yo were there. And then there is the preaching, Gospel based, relevant, thought provoking. Uplifting music and if you raise you hand in praise, that's OK too. Not your typical Anglican church!This is a church that is in touch with itself, with God and with the community.I stayed.
