Monday July 03 2023 at 3:00 PM I visited this restaurant with a service dog.Despite it being 38 degrees Celsius that afternoon, I wanted to sit outside. Montannas has a shaded area with a TV that is quiet especially on a Monday 38 degree afternoon.I told the hostess I'd like to sit on the patio with a service dog. She said there's no dogs allowed she has to ask her manager. I laughed and said service dogs are allowed everywhere and said thank you.Her manager said that because it was not busy I will be allowed to eat on the patio with my service dog. Only if it's at the far unshaded closest to the busy road outside.I felt unwelcomed. This restaurant on a Monday afternoon, with an empty patio that offered shade and amenities that were vacant; wanted to torture me and a service dog in 38 degree direct sunlight beside a noisy road. I immediately left.I'm still disturbed by this lunacy. This experience made me sad.I have never experienced this level of disrespect in the food service industry before.

Alex was such an incredible server. She was kind and so sweet. She was attentive without being obtrusive and did everything in her power to ensure that we all had a wonderful meal. Her smile was a delight. As always, this Montana's location was great. The food was amazing, delicious , and the portions seemed to be bigger than usual.

Loved my experience at this location. I really enjoyed the patio space. It was sunny when I was here but I loved how thru closed in the roof so you could sit out in the rain. Very well thought out space. Service was also great.

Food was decent but service was extremely poor. Food came but no one came to check on us after that. Ended up paying the bill through the QR code because server couldn't be found. My daughter had to miss out on getting the desert we paid for because we couldn't wait any longer for service. It wasn't busy either so there was no excuse.

My family came to Montana’s after a long day at a swim meet at University of Guelph. We saw how busy Montana’s on Stone Road and for good reason. We were met by Cassie in the bar area (where we prefer to dine) who was friendly and made excellent personal recommendations for the food which came out hot and delicious. Thank you, Cassie for a fantastic dining experience at a time when dollars for these outings are scarce. Well done!

My wife and I visited during the busy Saturday night rush 2/11/23. Instead of waiting for a table, we decided to sit at the bar and eat dinner. We had a great time. The bartender (can't remember her name) took excellent care of us. She was attentive and very personable... Tons of fun!Great food, great atmosphere, great service... Makes for a great night!

Very friendly staff and good food. If you like hot food I would recommend the fire cracker burger. Recently had the Double Onion and Smoky Bacon Cheeseburger which was greasy, but very delicious. Also the kapow shrimp is a very tasty appetizer.

Not great. Western style restaurant with steak prominent on the menu. I had the rib eye. Asked for medium rare came out well done and tough. Plus very salty. Would not recommend this menu item. There are better restaurants in this range, Outback and Texas Roadhouse seem to have better quality steaks. Would not recommend this place.

I’ll start off by saying that the wings were absolutely atrocious. They were super dark at the bone and left you unsatisfied. The ribs were better, however we had to request extra sauce due to the low amount that they used. The customer service was satisfactory. Overall it was your general Montana’s experience.
