I called this place and spoke with Rowin. What a great customer service rep. He helped me track down the pressure washer and made sure to keep me posted throughout. I didn’t end up getting since my neighbour just lent me it so I called and left a VM. Rowin called back and was able to apologize for not getting the message and was very personable! Thank you!

I would never go here again. The service was not that great, the tool i rented was finicky. When i picked up the tool, Austin didn't show me anything about the tool, he didn't even talk to me properly when I picked up the rental. It worked for 10 min, i brought it back in less than an hour and told him it is finicky. He gets it working, and basically says I am lying. He says the tool works fine, doesn't even offer alternative options or another saw until i tell him I will go somewhere else. Then he offers me a different saw, after I make arrangements with a competitor. I paid him 80$ for nothing, for a tool that didn't even work. I didn't even argue with him, I paid and left. I would have brought alto of business, My first time renting from here and probably my last. My feedback would be; be more reasonable and considered for your customer. Especially if someone lives 20 min away, brings back the tool less than an hour. Do the math and ask why he is upset, offer a replacement.

All the people that work here are friendly and the prices are good for rentals

Was advised to show up for rental pickup at 7...by 7:45 still no one had shown up. When I emailed the support, I was replied to that the employee was taken to hospital the night before and that the manager didn't know. That same day (of the rental) I had to go back to lowes, only to see the same hospitalized employee working. Quickest recovery i have ever seen. Stephenson's will never get my business again.
