Bellamy Farm Project is Delayed and till today they have no answer when they are able to finish the project. Agreed closing date was Mar 2022. They don't even have permission from city to start construction!!! Horrible !!!!!

The plans and new development that is going into Merrickvile looks very exciting and this is what Merrickvile needs to make the community a more inviting place to live it’s a great tourist destination but now people will be able to live in this great community
