Had a UGI in early Feb. Reception was pleasant, and they took me in right away. Th test was so quick, and the radiologist/techs were very nice and professional. Had no issues on my visit.

I have a great experience every time i go in. The staff is always very helpful. Its nice to see a facility go the extra mile in 2022, when most outfits are shirking if anything. These people wont be the bottleneck

I was in for upper GI imaging. The check in was efficient and there was a short wait time. The gowns were in good condition, and the changing rooms were clean. The technicians were very professional and efficient. All in all, it was a smooth experience!

I had Cortisol injection by Dr. Javier Liew and he is the best dr. For getting this done. I am going to him again.

I had an appointment at 8:40. I was asked to reach there at 8:30. I was there prior to my appointment time. I was asked to change into a gown and wait. I waited for 50 mts. It was cold in the building and sitting there on a gown for 50 mts was extremely difficult. When I inquired about how long I had to wait. I was informed that there is some technical difficulty, and no estimated time was given. I was not informed about the delay until I asked about it. My procedure was not completed and i had to leave as the poor communication from CDC was going to further delay the rest of my other appointments. Very disrespectful communication and poor booking practices. I would highly discourage anyone to go to the Brentwood location.

I am very impressed with how compassionate these folks are with their staff. Very caring toward all their patients, but seniors in particular. It was a great experience to witness. A lot of health care workers could take a cue from these professionals

Highly do not recommend this location if there is a language barrier. Staff are easily frustrated if instructions need to be repeated. My grandma felt belittled and upset and is hard of hearing which was mentioned during appt.

They cancelled my appointment with short notice, gave no reason and no alternate date. Had to start over by calling the general line and be at the back of the wait list for a new appointment weeks later.
