Went there to get some repairs done they were done fast and well at a good price

I first met Dave Wendt over 40 years ago. He was friendly, sincere and a great businessman. His family have carried on his legacy without missing a beat. They make you feel like family. A great place to shop.

Had repairs done to my engagement ring. They were very helpful and spent the time informing me of my options. Both times I went, the place was bustling!

Wendt's is a great jewelry store that has been in business for many years with lots of repeat customers. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

We learned a painful lesson taking my husband's wedding band here to be resized. Sadly, we did not have a decent, recent picture of my husband's ring before we took it in, but since my husband only wears it occasionally, it was still in beautiful shape. They took a very bad picture saying it was taken before 'repair' (I however, disagree as to when it was taken) and claimed my husband's ring was full of scratches - which it definitely WAS NOT so they ground off all the original designer's finish on his ring after resizing it. I was devastated. The ring looked horrible and nothing like the original band. It wasn't until I suggested I would get our lawyer involved did, they agree to send it out and have another finish put on the ring at their expense. What we got back is passable, but we will likely take his ring, melt it down and start again somewhere else! Warning: Make sure you have good pictures of your jewelry before taking it in anywhere for repairs.

Unique gifts and very friendly staff.

Got our wedding bands and some gifts for the bridal party here. The lady that helped us was amazing. She took the time to show us and recommend gifts. They even went as far as wrapping the gifts with our wedding colours. The prices are amazing. It was almost 50% cheaper than the chain jewelry store we went to. Highly recommend going here first.

Each visit to Wednt's is always a pleasure and more like a family visit. They all know me by name and go out of their way to make sure that each purchase is perfect. I have no problem asking the guys or the girls for the perfect gift for my wife. Absolutely a 5 star Jewlery Store...!!

Lots of cute gorgeous items as well as lovely staff!We were on our way to Bruce Peninsula, stopped by and got some cute items which became sweet memories of the trip!

We got our wedding bands there, very affordable and a good selection of jewelry. If you are not satisfied, they work with you to get you want you want! Excellent customer service, highly recommend
