I would give 0 stars if I could.Rooms: OVERPRICED, DAMAGED, NOT CLEAN, NO HOT WATER.Our windows had a HUGE crack in it, stains on the curtains and walls like someone splattered coffee everywhere. Random stains on the jacuzzi tub, we couldn’t use the tub because there was NO HOT WATER and there was a hole in the side of the jacuzzi like someone took a hammer to it, they put tape over it even though it was FALLING APART.Front desk night worker: UNPROFESSIONAL, CONDESCENDING, INCOMPETENTWhen we complained to the Night Shift front desk worker he said “that’s just part of the hotel”, when we showed him the tub he said, “you didn’t pay to look at the tub, you paid to use the inside of the tub” when we showed him the window, he said, “why would you be standing by the window anyway”. When we showed him the stains on the walls and curtains, he said “it’s just a stain, it is clean”. When we showed him our pillows that were stained in black and green dots that looked like mold, he said “it’s not dirty, it’s just stained”. It was DISGUSTING, and he did nothing to help, only justified the flaws of their company.A couple hours later of dispute, he finally gave us a different room which ALSO had CRACKED windows, and taped up windows, smashed tub,LUKE WARM WATER, stains on the walls and curtains, HAIR all over the shower and floors and sink. It had NOT been cleaned! When we called the front desk worker, he came back in, looked at the hair, picked it off with a pen and said “it’s clean” and shrugged.After hours of trying to reason with this man, we are finally promised HALF a refund and leave at 4 am.We never even got the money transferred back into our account as promised.DO NOT STAY HERE.

I was impressed by the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to providing a comfortable and luxurious stay for guests. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I highly recommends the hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel. The outside looks very nice a bit sketchy driving into the parking lot. The inside the foyer was nice looks bigger in the pictures. When we arrived at check in there was only one agent at the front desk that was checking in customers she was not professional at all. It took awhile before we got our room. When we arrived at our room it felt like we were in lockdown the one bedroom was very small. The shower not very clean. There was a silver fish in our shower gross!!! Our view was terrible. The bed was clean comfy horrible pillows. When we booked on line we saw there was a very nice pool and workout room. We walked the halls and the pool was empty no water in it there was big pillows just thrown in the pool area. Workout out room was not available it was very small as well. Also woke up at 9:30am to go get breakfast and there was nothing in the breakfast room. A lot of sketchy people in the lobby. We stayed in room 113 Very disappointed ☹️ false advertisement!!!! We will NOT be returning to this hotel ever again!!! For the price of these rooms it’s way over priced!!! Not worth it at all!!

The lobby looks nice. Despite renovations have been done to bring up the quality of this hotel, the quality is shoddy. The free breakfast was the worst that I have seen with a paper bag with muffin, juice and egg sandwich. No coffee except your own rooms coffee. The POOL has been closed for three years and if I had known in advance, I would not have booked here. The surrounding area is not conducive for walking and looks sketchy. Even though the staff seem helpful, they need more etiquette training.

I loved every moment of being at this hotel room. From the check in, staff, the room and check out or was amazing. We got a King suite with a jacuzzi and it was perfect! Literally. Only issue we had was area(Just far from us) and the gym and pool was closed, which I wish was open. Other than that we had a blast and enjoyed the stay.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever gotten at a hotel because it was basically non existent. We arrived around 9-10pm on a Saturday, unpacked all our luggage and went to sleep. We realized on Sunday morning that the toilet never flushed. It took almost 3 days and 3 different managers telling us in the morning that they would take a look at it" before we resigned ourselves to the fact that they didn't do anything at all while we were gone from about 10am to 8pm everyday.We had to use the lobby's bathroom during those 3 days and it was a gamble if it was filthy or not. I had no idea that urine stains could be so old that they changed color to orange. It was absolutely disgusting. There was also no toilet paper half the time so I had to bring down a roll from our hotel room to use the lobby bathroom.The 3rd manager we spoke to was very much aware of a pre-existing problem in our room because he showed us how to temporarily fix the toilet by removing the lid and pressing on a lever. booked this hotel as somewhere to stay before heading closer to downtown Toronto. After travelling for 30 hours i was looking forward to being able to relax in my hotel room but that was the last thing i could do. The hotel stunk of cigarettes and weed, it was inescapable and stuffy - my clothes ended up smelling of it once i checked out. The staff at the front desk weren’t helpful and the people staying there were loud. Didn’t feel safe staying there especially as a solo young female traveller. The hotel also wasn’t clean, i left the place feeling very itchy. Steer clear of this hotel if i was you, i booked based off the 3 stars, but this definitely wasn’t a 3 star hotel.

I spent only one night in this hotel and I don't recommend it to anyone. I paid $159 for one night and the room was no where near the standards of the asking price. clean enough, bed comfortable. Swimming pool closed. I also paid a deposit ($200) which was returned to me only after 2 months and I had to call the anti-fraud center of my Italian bank otherwise they would not have returned my deposit. Since the night I left the hotel , I have spent almost every day calling for my deposit And the only time the pick up the phone they said had been returned and they never answered the phone again for a while.. They ignored all my calls and emails , when I finally got after a month they answered my phone, refused to send the receipt/invoice for the return of the deposit and hung up the phone in my face.My father from Italy got on the move and thanks to my bank's anti-fraud system I received the return of the deposit.the smart ones thought that since I had paid with an Italian card and precisely that being Italian they could have stolen my money without any repercussions.shame. !! NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE.

The gentleman who checked me was very nice, even pointing me in the direction of some very tasteful Indian food. The deposit is high, $200 in cash only, but it's a deposit, and you get it back promptly at checkout. I stayed in two different rooms, and both of them were very clean. The hospitality staff were all very friendly. The only drawback is that the entrance to the hotel is a bit difficult to navigate for a visitor. When I come back, I will stay here again.

Heating didn’t work properly (it was minus 10 outside that night); there was no hot water; breakfast was a sad, cold English muffin with processed cheese / some kind of meat and a yogurt cup. Pool was closed. Towels had stains on them; there was a big stain in the carpet and armchair. Basically nothing really was nice about it - my sense is it’s been left to deteriorate and hasn’t seen any love in quite some time. I was booked for 2 nights; when we left after the first night I had to argue for fifteen minutes to ask to not be charged for the second night, even though there was no hot water, heating, and the litany of other smaller things that added up. I’m not fussy, but this was honestly a pretty terrible stay.
