Kayla did a great job for us in helping plan, design and provide all the paperwork for the remodel of our Lake home. We were adding a bathroom and bedroom to our home in what had been the attic space and Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was also an excellent source for finding additional craftsmen needed to make this project happen such as engineering and building contractors. We highly recommend Kayla and My Permit and Design.

My husband and I used My Permit to help us modify some house plans we found off the internet. We had a very narrow lot and wanted to stretch out our house along with changing rooms and walls around. They were so helpful and professional we had a wonderful experience using them. I am so thankful we decided to use Butcher drafting Kayla was so kind and patient with me and offered many suggestions and options for room layouts for our new house. We truly love our home and I do not think if would have been possible without their services.

It has been a pleasure to work with Kayla on our house project. He has been great at listening to our ideas and translating them into a beautiful home plan. His construction documents are very thorough and have received compliments from everyone who has reviewed them. Even our subcontractors have become caught up in the design and have requested that Kayla make site visits during construction! We look forward to working with him again on future projects.

These guys are great! Professional and knowledgeable and went the extra mile for my project. They where able to take care of all the engineering for my development as well as surveying and material testing providing me with the necessary geotech data for development. Having one company handle so many aspects of the development process made the whole experience much easier and wound up saving me money! Also their experience and familiarity with local codes and standards reduced the duration of the approval process. I will definitely work with them again!

I highly recommend My Permit for your drafting and architect needs. Charlie drew our patio cover plans and submitted them to the city for a reasonable price and kept us updated on the progress towards approval. The quality and detail of his plans made the inspection process smooth.

It was a pleasure to work with My Permit who designed my new two story deck. They helped me from the beginning and submitted the permit aplicación to the city of Oakley.
