It’s convenient for me and the price is OK but twice my RV has been broken into. 1st time some years back (maybe different owners) they broke in and stole the microwave from inside. Late 2022 someone stole both gas bottles, the battery and the refrigerator from the rear kitchen. Just stopped by today and looks like a cargo trailer has had 2 of its 4 alloy wheels stolen. They need better security here. Lighting and cameras as this is not a safe place to store items of value.

They have never had great customer service but today took the cake.I was calling because I received an invoice with a late fee. This is because she said the card on file wud not run thru when she ran it on the 1st. I called on the 9th and she said she wud try a different system. And viloa it went thru. Still insisted on charging me a late fee and accused me of lying and that it was because my card had hit its limit It had not hit the limit. If anyone was lying it was her and the fact that she actually tried to run it on the first. What a way for them to make extra money if they do this to a few customers a month!

It's OK. I went to grab some stuff out of storage the other day and my code didn't work(i forgot it). So I called the given number.... No-one answered. I called several times no-one answered. I found another number for them on Google, called that...... No-one answered. I live far away from this place. I had to wait until someone else came in, then I went in. They left before I did, so I was stuck in there for another half hour until someone else came in. Sucks!!

Very rude and terrible book keepers.Friends have receipts of every payment andare still having their belongings auctioned.The owners refuse to pay attention to their own receipts or the fax from their secretary with her statement. The husband and wife owners cannot and should not be trusted.UnethicalUntrustworthyUnbelievably evil

Trailer stolen from lot. Owners don’t care. No security cameras. Detective told me there’s been a lot of theft at this place. I had my Sxs stored in a unit for one day after the robbery. Owners never offered any type of refund. Honestly they just don’t care. I call this willful complacency. Store at your own risk!!!

This place is NOT secure. Same gate code for everyone, holes in fence along property line. There have been more than a dozen reported thefts/vandalism in the last four months alone. Boxer Storage will not take any responsibility for their negligence. They’ve been asked to repair their fence for over two year by a neighboring business but they won’t. The Kent County Sheriffs Dept. has asked them to install security cameras but they haven’t. I would not go here unless you don’t care about your belongings. You’d be better off taking it to the dump and saving yourself the monthly storage fee.
