The receptionist at the front desk carries himself like Spanish royalty. Almost unbelievably bad public relations skills and total disregard for customers who provide him with probably his only way to earn an income.unfortunately, zero star review not allowed...

I telephoned with an information request - the man that answered the telephone refused to allow me to explain my question. He hung up as quickly as he could - saying that I had to come in".His customer service mandate has made me think that I should never look to D. E.
