Booked a load with Suman from Florida to Ontario. The morning of loading I reached out to get and ETA to the shipper and he told me, and I quote Sorry to say but not able to pick this load as due to weather condition truck got down from highway and got breakdown please cover your load." ...it's FLORIDA. Booked a load this morning with Gurpreet, he signs the agreement and signs the rate con and assures me that he is good for pick up by 6 PM. later in the day tried to reach to them nobody answers, tried dispatcher, driver no luck. after 20 times calling finally driver answers at 8 PM saying he just arrived at shipper and they are closed. I tell them ok be there 5 AM in the morning, he says ok and hangs up. After 10 minutes I got a text that driver cannot stay overnight. Avoid this unprofessional carrier.
