Kim is a treasure! I sent her my Brannen-Cooper flute for a COA due to some sluggish keys and tarnish in November this year. Not only did she fix these things so that my flute is now good as new, but she treated it with as much care as she would her own! The shipping process was extremely fast and easy! I’ve shipped my flute to Boston in the past, where it was made and what a nightmare that was. Kim will be my go-to for all things flute from now on!! Thank you, Kim!!!

Went to Kimberly for help repairing my daughters flute for school band. She got back to me surprisingly fast within half an hour and with another 20 minutes I had the flute back good as new.100 stars. Super kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Kim has been an excellent resource as I have been searching for a new, professional level instrument- she has patiently answered a million questions and is a true expert in the flute community. Most recently I purchased several accessories from her new web-shop. Her offerings are well curated and she shipped so fast it was less than 24 hours and the items had arrived to me.

Kim is so knowledgeable and professional. I had a problem with a new flute that no other technician seemed to be able to find. She found it immediately and managed the warranty. She also did an an amazing job at adapting my flute for arthritic fingers. I wouldn’t take my flute to anyone else. We are so very lucky to have her on Vancouver Island!
