Nice people, this review does not relate to customer service.However their system for unpaid tickets is extremely unfair, they report you to collections within a fairly short time and expect that everyone always receives their notification of a ticket even though I have several parking tickets against me that I was unaware of. No calls or emails, no notifications, and a bunch of $15 tickets now cost much more and were sent to collections. Completely unfair.

Always had good results when dealing with them. They deal with some pretty ugly stuff, I appreciate them.

Alot of easy going staff some go beyound thier scope of duty.... Some of them dont think about thier actions.And push too muchFront staff are friendly folk. Dont be mad at them. They only read a compter screen...The Job can be abit much for some of them... with the homless but thats do to the corporate greed and government greed and raising cost of living
