I purchased a sleeping robe at the MODE accessories show in AUgust in Toronto. After 1 month of using the robe, the fabric ripped from the stitching. Since then I have contacted the rep who sold me the robe 2 times, and she has not reverted to me about a replacement. I happened to have her phone number because I email transferred the money for the purchase! Horrible quality and horrible customer service.

The turkish towels I received from Pokoloko are beautiful and high quality. I also loved the little printed card that came with them that detailed the artisan information, environmental and sustainability details. It made the turkish towels a perfect high-end gift.I had experienced an issue when an item in my order was cancelled due to it being out of stock. However, the team Pokoloko went out of their way to reach out to me and provide a solution. Thank you Jessie & Pokoloko!

Absolutely love this little Luxe shop where I can have a coffee and shop for beautiful home décor. I got some great gift ideas for the holidays and learned a lot about how their products are made from the lovely young lady in the shop.

Super couple running this company. Jessie and Case are insanely commited workers and amazing people to deal with. Their products are great quality and there's so much to choose from. I've loved every towel, scarf and sock I've bought. I bought some Turkish towels like 3 years ago and they're still in really good shape.

The geometric towel in pebble is a soft cotton that feels amazing on the skin. It feels cool, yet keeps me warm when I wear it as a wrap. It so versatile and it looks great as throw. I would love this in xl/blanket size. I'm happy that my purchase will contribute to a better future. More trees! Thank you!

Ordered the natural colour table runner and the colour isn't as shown on the sites photo. It's a lot more white. A little concerned my review of the product on the site is showing as hidden at the moment though.I don't hate it. It's just misleading.

I ordered an article of clothing that arrived in the wrong size. My email was promptly returned and the associate offered to drop off the correct size to my home that same evening.
