After arriving from Sydney, Australia to Vancouver and having our connecting flight cancelled, Nick dropped us to our hotel then the next day (Christmas Eve) drove us all the way to Sun Peaks Ski Resort in a stretch limo. The trip took approx 10 hours due to the extreme weather & highway closures. He was so professional & kind and we really appreciate the effort to get us there in time for Christmas while sacrificing his own Christmas Eve.

This place quoted one price on phone and charged double after drop off for a “second drop off” which never happened. Also took photos of my friends credit card (front and back) for some reason? We gave the credit info over the phone the driver didn’t need it.The driver was also strange. He was absolutely blasting his own music in the front even though we already had music playing? We asked the driver twice to put up the partition and he didn’t. Just a very shady experience altogether.Will never recommend.

Recently used City Star Limo for a wedding party of 10 and the driver was MORE than accommodating..Had it booked for 2 hours time, we were running a little bit late from the morning ceremony and the driver had no issue waiting for us. At the drop off location, we were actually early to the reception and again, he had no problem letting us wait in the vehicle until the set up was ready.Would definitely recommend! Professional drivers and certainly timely, more than I could ask for in a limousine company.

This company should be called scam artist limousines for what they did to us. Quoted one thing and charged OVER DOUBLE!!!! Had I known I would have taken the BUS! Plus, the Driver was totally weird too.
