ever sense the pandemic they never answer the phone and I haven't got a call back ive tried many times Ive even emailed. sad to see the MPP no longer cares

Great people very understanding and lots of help. Andrew' helped me catch up on seven years of taxes , also helped me receive all money owed to me and caught me up to date. Even let me bring my dog and treated him like thier own.Also receive a Christmas card from Jennifer every year, god bless them all.I highly recommend each one of them and wish them the best for the future, thanks so much.

Why do I even have to give her one star?That’s being generous.Last winter my son experienced a sudden and unexpected mental health issue.The hospital system let us down.I reached out to my MPP.In my first attempt I spoke to a man who was more interested in talking about himself and made it clear that I was not going to receive any assistance from their office.After battling with the Oshawa hospital patient assistance line, I called Jennifer again. It went to voicemail. I left my name and number and asked that Jennifer call because speaking with one of her employees amounted to nothing.I NEVER heard from her.I recently spoke with a member of my MP’s staff, who called me within 24 hours of leaving a message. I told her about the lack of help from Jennifer’s office. She told me that the MP’s office receives regular complaints regarding the MPP’s office. I’m not surprised .

Disorganized and unprofessional. I made many attempts to reach anyone in her office to discuss an important issue. Both Andrew and Jack initially promised to speak with me, kept telling me to call back at a certain time but they would never answer or return calls. I never did get to speak with anyone there. I couldn’t even set up an appointment. Jennifer French is a huge disappointment and I deeply regret voting for her. Won’t happen again!Update: There was no miscommunication... I called and emailed for several months. Her office called AFTER I posted this review and by then it was too late so there was no point in continuing. Too bad they care more about Google reviews than the constituents.

Maybe she's good ... we wouldn't know ..i can't get her office to call us back after many messages left over past year..disgraceful ...sorry we voted for her

Contacted her office for help a couple of years ago. She started to help but Once she realized my issue requires more than lip service she stopped replying to my emails.

Andrew is a great disappointment ,I feel this office is all about lies and deception, they tell you what you want to hear , I've called left msgs , have had NO reply back , nothing is done about your concerns , questions , etc . ..It's sad the way your staff represent your office and Party .If this is how it is then my vote is not goin ndp again ,Very disappointed .Maybe an in house cleansing is need , cause the staff there now seem to comfortably in there positions .

Her office are very friendly to work with when you have issues with government stuff I like Jack and Andrew also Jennifer french because they are very friendly and helpful for dealing with my government stuff

I went to get my taxes done recently and never got my income tax so I called Andrew about it he verified that he has in fact finished filing for me and still nothing
