The worst branch and employee. They're totally not trained for customer service and know nothing. I am a contractor and have been dealing with Sherwin William since long time. I consumed a huge amount but today I've decided to stop dealing with them. SHERWIN WILLIAM IS NOT RECOMMENDED

I’ve been struggling with this large order that I needed (8 gallons). I’ve went to Home Depot, Rona, and Lowe’s. No one would even entertain my order.This young man Dariush was a fantastic help in getting this order fulfilled. He was incredibly patient and understanding when it came to the colors and tints that I wanted. If there’s someone to request help from at Sherwin, its Dariush.

It was great experience. I unfortunately did not placed the order online/over the phone as I need specific colour to make sure. The store person greeted me on the outside of the shop and discussed our needs. The order was placed instantly and I received the products right away.Overall it was easy and safe shopping experience.

Terrible customer service - store was closing in 10min when I walked in and I was reminded at least 3 times by the clerk despite only looking for an answer to my questions and paint chips. I was also told he wasn't a designer when asking a suggestion to recover a wall that I painted a colour I didn't like.Will not return - gladly give my business to a store that wants it.

I highly recommend this store. The service is simply above and beyond my expectations. The clerk took the time to try multiple times to match the color to an existing painted wall. These days, he could easily decline going the extra mile, and send me away with the product. Instead, he made sure I got a product that I was satisfied with.
