I recently moved into Zenterra's Hyde Park complex in South Surrey. The unit is 4-5 years old, but still looks brand new. Fantastic quality. I had an inspector come in prior to completing the purchase ... he said the builder went the extra mile in the construction" and gave me several examples of where the builder built for quality when he could have used cheaper materials."

Zenterra Developments are mice infested and very poorly built properties! Zenterra has ignored my multiple calls. Zenterra and Ascent Strata did NOT disclose mice infestations to my family.

Do not I mean do not buy from these guys. Very poor customer service and very cheap guys - I will never buy from these guys again over charges and demanding more money for minor changes and even 1 day extension.

Do not buy from this development. They are very greedy and no customer service. They charge unreasonable fees for 3-5 days extension for completion even tho they complete the building 6 months prior to the original date state. Shame on their customer service. Greedy developers

Do not buy from this developer!Since I bought this place in 2017, the living room and upstairs are always cold. The doorway and the staircase are always cold too. The floors are freezing cold regardless of the heaters on at all times. The heaters are always kicking in and are not able to keep the living room in a livable comfortable heat (21 degrees Celsius). My hydro bills are exceptionally high. My February 2022 hydro bill was around $750! This is ridiculous, frustrating, and unacceptable.My friend who’s a builder sensed a few areas where there were some air drafts; he suggested that the building might not be built to code or has very poor insulation.There’s a very strong air draft coming from: The range roof fan, the kitchen island, behind the fridge, behind the oven and microwave, the second-floor powder room, the doorway on the first floor, and from the garage.I understand that other owners have already complained too, and they’ve done some heat or draft inspection and the results are the same.The carpets on the third floor are being pulled out off their place and are making bubbles.The third floor makes squeaky sounds as if the building is 100 years old not 4.5 years.

We were invited to a “special VIP event” with what they claimed as exclusive pricing for their development before it was released to the public. We were then told that we aren’t allowed to write down any of the prices they quote to us on their plans (suspicious), but guaranteed if we held the unit we would have it at the price they quoted us. We later found out that the holds meant nothing and they were allowing multiple people to “hold” the unit...and came back a week later and offered a price $10,000 over what they originally quoted. When we presented pictures of the prices we wrote down on our own notebook, they lied and basically implied we have no proof they quoted that price. To top it off, while they were on the phone with us discussing this, they said “too bad the unit is gone now”. I am appalled at how terrible this so called reputable development went about this
