I really would like to thank this great team for their dedication and great service they provided me on August 8th, 2022 at 5:55! Even though I showed up 5 mins before the closing but they were happily assisting me. I highly recommend them for vacuum maintenance works because of their professional and honest attitude.

Great experience! They fixed an older Dyson of ours and it works good as new, the free quote was broken down and explained piece by piece. Also purchased a Commercial Vacuum brand new in Box. Highly Recommend.

Fantastic service! Staff are professional and friendly. I brought my central vac hose in to see if it was working - they plugged it in and confirm it was so I set up a home service visit to diagnose the issue with the main vac unit. Their tech determined the cause (circuit board) gave me some price options, then took the unit back to the store, ordered the part, repaired it and came back and reinstalled it - all within a few days. Very knowledgeable and efficient service.

Received an email notification stating that my package was shipped Nov. 24, 2022 but courier didn't pickup the package until Nov. 28. I discovered that they use one of the worst if not the worst courier companies Canpar" and still have not received my item and it's now Dec. 3. Retailer is located in Calgary and i'm located in Vancouver. Will never again purchase anything from this place due to the courier they use for shipping."

Excellent service - prompt, friendly, and explained exactly what needed to be done to give our Dyson a second life. I got a quote after the tech investigated, and it was perfectly accurate to what was charged. Speedy turn around, professional and totally reasonable. We will be back!

Amazing, knowledgeable staff and a store full products for work and home. I brought in an Dyson expecting it to be a hassle but the staff at clever vacuum really helped me and my family out as they know they know vacuums inside and out and it was done way faster than expected!

Great service. Very friendly, efficient and fast. The price point on their assessment and tune-up was perfectly reasonable and got my old vacuum running smoothly again. It took 24hrs from the moment I first walked in. They kept me from having to go buy a replacement vacuum.
