Dine in was closed at 8:45 even though drive through was open till 10. It’s very inconvenient for walk-in customers.

The food seems fresh, and hot, they have a coffee ccino drink, Vanilla and chocolate, I've tried the Vanilla, I get a double shot of vanilla, tell them light on the ice or they will give you a cup that is two thirds ice, one third drink, I prefer a drink ,not a $4 glass of ice cubes. Tasty drink, but don't get ripped off with too much ice.

I own a business and town and frequent a lot of great restaurants in uxbridge. Wendy’s has always been good up until the last year and today was the “I’m never going back there experience” Grabbed 3 junior bacon cheeseburgers to only open them up at work to see they look like they’ve been microwaved and slimy. I called and the manager and he said it could of been out too long or old lol. Be very weary and please check your burgers before you eat them. We could have been seriously sick. Absolutely disgusting the food quality control here now.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Ordered a meal in the drive thru, person didn't tell me how much, pull up to the window, and they ask me how I want to pay...I asked the cashier how much is my meal to she finally begrudgingly told me the total. Paid because it's not an issue but the lack of communication and attitude I received when inquiring how much my total was. Extremely unprofessional.Do you realize you need to tell the customer, after they ordered, how much their meal is? This is literally cashier 101. You are never busy so that is no excuse. Get it together.On-top of all of this, they couldn't even get my order right, paid for an upgraded combo and got a small fries that was half full and cold..

This is a pretty decent Wendy’s and I go here whenever I’m in town. The issue is that it’s located in the parking lot from hell… I don’t know who designed this plaza but they should find another profession because it’s brutal in there. That being said, there isn’t much I won’t do for a frosty.

Mid May 2022 lunch time. Nice chalet for stop-over in Uxbridge. Staff and clients are decent.Late June, late weekday lunch. It is time to enjoy a quiet moment of the day. Staff are decent and quick. Double stack burger and fries are excellent. One of my favourable Wendy Store.

Ive ordered a 10 pack of nuggets the past 2 days, and every time i get less than 10 nuggets, and ontop of that, the man in the drive-thru today didnt say a word to me while taking my payment, not a hi or a hello, or even an order total, just shoved the machine out. the food is decent, but thats about it

Ordered a Dave’s double and got a single cheese burger,When I went and said hey man I got the wrong burger guy just tells me well he only charged me for a single cheese and to top it off I had 3 uncooked fries

Place is bad. Is never open. 2nd time going all lights off no one there. Google says open but ain’t no buddy there.
