Very friendy .Unfortunately, I had a small problem with the underfold plastic cover on the bottom of the car coming off.But budget got me in another car. And i was on my way in less then 15 mins after i arrived at another outlet.Always a great deal at budget.Better cars than their competitors.I've rented a few times from budget.Always in and out.

Tried booking online and it kept giving a postal code error. Called numerous times with no answer. Took an Uber down because the website showed cars were available. No cars available.Not recommended

Reuben was the customer service representative who I dealt with and was so helpful offering useful tips and answering all of my questions explaining options for insurance etc.... Not a fake review! What a terrific location. Ruban was extremely kind and helpful. He was extremely accommodating with my rental. When I urgently needed a car rental, he was very open and was happy to save a car for me over the telephone.When returning the car, he always inspects the vehicle with you and is very reasonable on any issues.It is disappointing to see such poor comments about him and this branch.

Get my rentals from here, and they seem to have inventory when other places do not. Front customer service Ruben is an excellent human being putting his attention for client’s best experience. He gave me a choice of vehicle, very thorough with his paperwork and even remembers to ask about the trip and always happy and smiling. Excellent service overall.
